I really liked the look of these and need a shoe that is a bit dressier than a sneaker. Problem is, the heel slips a bit and I don't want to buy those felt inserts, stick them on and then find it doesn't fix the problem. I had bought a different shoe that didn't slip, but in taupe, so I am also returning them and waiting till they have them in black.

I wear a 9 1/2 but knew to order a 10 because of the style. A 10 is perfect.

The size was right this time. The first time I got an 11 and sent them back. While they're true to size, they're difficult to tighten like I'd like them because of back and knee problems that prevent me from bending! It's not a shoe issue, but a "ME" issue. Since I've aged, I've always wished they'd buckle, snap, or close on the inside of the shoe instead of the outside! I'm not so sure that's not a bad idea for little ones too!

I wanted to love these shoes. I liked the styling and that they have some arch support. I wore them in the house for a while and they felt tight across the instep, so I returned them as I felt that would not improve with wearing. I think it's more a matter of my foot than the shoe. It's a nice looking shoe. I did order a different style of Clarks that felt more comfortable, so I'm keeping them.

Nice comfortable shoes. I just wanted something a little dressier. If these had been in plain, real leather, they would have been great! 8W is my size, which I recently discovered after years of wearing 8M, 8.!/2 med.

Comfortable right out of the box. Went for a walk in them the second time I had them on my feet (no socks and no rubbing). My foot is very narrow and bony, so I have a small amount of space around the edge near the toes, but it’s okay.

Really has zero support. Going back

The toe box on these shoes are a little rounded at the big toe and pressed on my big toe. I was worried that big toe would hurt after wearing them for awhile. I don't buy shoes that hurt by feet so I'm sending these back but in every other way they were very, very comfortable. I really liked them if the toe box was just a bit more square.

I like the look of these shoes, I've had cloudsteppers before and really love the fit and feel. These, however, had problems. I ordered the D (wide) width as usual but these seem wider than usual. They actually hurt to wear, my heel has a blister where the shoe rubbed on my heel - yes I was wearing socks - and these shoes pulled my socks into the shoes. The ache, blister and socks pulled into my shoes are deal-breakers! I'm returning them and I very disappointed because I liked the color and style.

Fit well and true to size. I am returning these shoes because the style looks too "little girlish" for me.

Just because I’m old have bad feet doesn’t mean that I wanT to be tacky. These shoes are great — I have 5 pairs of them. My poor feet get relief from my torn ligament, flat feet, hammer toe. I share the complaint that the Velcro doesn’t hold up for long, and I kind of resent having to take them to the cobbler to replace the Velcro after a short few months, but they’re so comfy that I have. I really loved the cloth version; it is so comfortable in the summer. I wish they were still available.

My podiatrist tells me that I need wide shoes to accommodate my toes and bunion, but I have very narrow heels. I can wear these 12 W shoes, but only with socks because otherwise the heels would totally slip out. The Velcro strap is very helpful for this.

This is a very very comfortable shoe. I did have to return the first size because it ran at least one size too small. I did reorder it in one full size larger. Having to do that, the narrow was not as narrow as it was in the original size, which was good for the width at that time.

These are very comfortable shoes. I have a narrow foot and they work better if I am wearing socks.

I searched everywhere for a comfortable shoe I could wear with black pants. It needs to accommodate my orthotics. I have a narrow heel, high arch and need a roomy toe box due to a Morton's neuroma. I also have plantar fasciitis. Without an orthotic, I wear a size 8 1/2 medium. I needed a 9 wide to fit my orthotic. This shoe works for me. It seems to have a reasonable amount of cushioning in the heel and ball of the foot.

Think sweaty feet. Man-made, non-breathable materials with a soft cushion footbed. Too bad because the fit was great - no pressure points at all. But, for me it felt like sinking into a featherbed on a hot, humid summer day with no air conditioning. I'm normally a 6.5 or 7 normal width, or, wide width to accommodate a small bunion, narrow ankles. The 7W in black fit fine. But I needed a pair of shoes to wear all day at work without socks in an air-conditioned office. They just didn't work sadly. They might work for you if you wear them for shorter periods of time or with socks that wick away moisture.

Usually Clarks in wide fit great on my feet, so I was a little disappointed when these didn't fit. I have wide feet and usually wear a 6 or 6.5 depending on the brand. The heel rubbed and made my sock fall down when I walked around in them. They were also long - my toes felt OK in the toe box, but my heel wasn't all the way in the back of the shoe, so there was a gap. I've thought about ordering them in a size 6, but then I think they might be too small.

Although these are wider than I needed it’s nice to be surprised with more room than having a tight fitting shoe. I’ll just adjust the strap for a better fit. I don’t think they will be durable but they are comfortable for sure.

Love these shoes but sadly need more room in the toe box. Will return.

Pros: These shoes are so comfortable. I bought them and a few other pairs for work, as I have to be on my feet for the entire shift. I have very flat feet and these feel supportive and well-made. Cons: They are not the most attractive shoes.

Very comfortable shoe! Good price. Light and well-cushioned for folks like me who stand on their feet all day. Not sure if it reads a bit frumpy but I will trade style for comfort and wearability.

These shoes are SUPER comfortable and admirably cushioned my 11W feet, but I could not get around these two things: 1. I have a narrow heel, and these shoes were just a bit too wide in the heel and would slip up and down while walking, and 2. The look wasn't quite what I wanted for the outfits I had in mind.

These very nice, but at the same time I ordered these...I saw a pair of Mary Janes at Walmart for only $20 dollars which I bought. I compared them both and the Walmart Mary jane’s were much more comfortable and better looking. So I am sending these back...not because they aren’t nice but because why should I pay more for something I can get for a better price and that is more attractive...both shoes did accommodate my custom orthos.
