These shoes were horrible. The hurt the second I slipped my foot in. Pain on the top of my foot where the eyelets are. I didn't even lace them or try the other foot. Right back into the box.

Horrible boot—leaked from day one although allegedly waterproof. Unable to cinch down around ankle so boot continually allows pine needles, gravel into boot itself. Good boot for sitting around in lodge, and looking cool. I live in Seattle, walk 4 miles every AM on forested trails, winter rains barely ever stop. So all the promises of being great in a rainy climate—not true. Very disappointing.

I bought a pair of MEN'S SUGARBUSH WATERPROOF boots 5 weeks ago, just before a snow storm. The salt, snow, and water from the storms have ruined the leather and they already look old even though I treated them with a waterproofing wax before hand. Also, the stitching on the sole is loose and the top layer of the sole is separating. So far they have remained waterproof but they look like crap from the salt in the snow ruining the leather. I think the problem with them is the water gets in from the unprotected upper where it’ sewn onto the sole.
I contacted customer service and just got some kind of a form letter back, total BS. Do not buy the shoes if you want to wear them in snow and rain unless you don't mind them looking like crap.
