Beautiful shoe, and comfortable right out of the box. I have problem feet, flat arches, and large painful bunions.These did not press on the bunions, and actually look pretty stylish on my funky feet. I am however going to exchange them and give the Regina Ballet a try for a little more casual look. True to size

For me, Frye means quality & durability, so I will always be a devotee of the brand. Having said that, no one's foot is shaped to a point, so wearing these flats all day is not the most comfortable thing in the world. However, they don't pinch, give me blisters, or make my feet really hurt. Around my carpeted office, and on quick jaunts to the dentist's office over a few NYC sidewalks, I'm pretty happy with them. I bought the black suede. I feel as elegant as Audrey Hepburn & they go with everything. The construction is a tad heartier than other flats I've tried in the past. I love Frye.

I ordered these shoes because I was looking for something similar to a ballet flat but with a pointed toe. A reviewer indicated that the front of the shoe accommodated her wider foot well, and I agree. Very soft leather, pretty but simple style, and although I've only tried them on a few times since I just got them, I think they are keepers and will work well. I would not expect a pointed toe shoe to be slipper-comfortable, but seems close. Seems true to size. I also ordered Frye's Regina flat for comparison, and although it is similar it is nowhere near as soft, pretty or simply elegant. A less expensive alternative but just not as nice.

My complaint is with Zappos: 1. Inside the packing box the shoes were in a generic HUGE shoe box stamped with the message "original box was damaged in shipping". I store my shoes in the brand's box on the shelves of my closet. This ginormous box without Frye's label with shoe style and color is annoying, looks cheap and not what I expect from Zappos. 2 It was obvious the shoes were returns. No tissue paper, no inside the shoe shapers, and the suede was had hand prints all over it. It brushed clean but could see they had been well handled. 3. I kept them because I've had a hard time finding this style in my size and there wasn't anything actually wrong with the shoe it was exactly what I wanted and expected from Frye. Zappos just really, really dropped the box, er...ball on this one.

I purchased the saddle color and these shoes are beautiful. I am normally a size 9 but they were too big and waking around my living room I had to cling my toes to the shoe to keep them from flying off. I stuck with the 8.5. Now, they are a little snug. The back rubs but since these are leather I expect after a short break in period of wearing thick socks and stretching they will be perfect. These are very high quality and you can feel it right when you take them out of the box.

I’m absolutely in love with this shoe - I’ve never purchased this brand before, I’m extremely impressed at the quality of this flat. The leather is beautiful and soft to the touch, and gives the shoe a very elegant look. Definitely work appropriate, but I have a feeling I’ll be wearing it out for social events as well.

True to size/width. Moderate arch support - as with most ballet styles. In comparison, a more generous pointed-toe cap than other exclusive brands. Very nice quality construction & materials. Ordered in two colors and was consistently impressed. Comfortable out of the box, with little to no break in period. Definitely worth trying if this is a style of interest!

I wear a size 10 and the pointy end was really long and narrow. I should have taken a picture before I sent them back since the proportions (in a size 10) didn't look like the pictured shoe. Everything else about the shoe was great.

These are nice looking shoes, but considering the high price and brand reputation are disappointing. They feel very stiff, and cut in at the back of the heel. Also, the brand tag on the sole of the shoe is sewn in and thick, and rubs on my foot. I'll be sending them back.

Beautiful quality shoe. It’s the quality you’d expect from Frye. I love the pointy but not too pointy shoe style. These look great with everything. Loved these so much, I bought multiple pairs in different colors.

Hurrah! These are fantastic red flats! I am sure I will wear them everywhere but swimming. Perfect to perk up jeans, but not at all fussy. Since they are Fryes, construction is solid, and I have no fear of them becoming dented, scratched, stretched out or worn out before their time.

I work in a professional setting and needed new black pointy toe flats after wearing a hole my last pair. I bought the Frye Sienna and they fit the bill! I wear Size 8, skinnier feet (but don't need a Narrow size) and these fit great out of the box. The only reason for the 4 stars on comfort is the thick stitched in tag on the heel that does rub a little (no blister though). These look great with work pants and skinny jeans. Will be able to wear for both professional and casual settings.

Great investment piece. I was worried they would pinch or have a break in period...they do not!! Had them on all day at work and my feet were very comfortable.

I love these shoes!! I purchased the camel which is a great neutral and the leather is so soft!! If your on fence, go for it...you won't regret it...I highly recommend.

Lovely shoe - length fits TTS - width seems a bit generous but not wide. No toe pinching and in general very comfortable. However, when walking it feels like the heel of the shoe sticks out way further than the heel on my foot (if that makes any sense) which made walking awkward. Sadly they are going back :(

These are lovely shoes. good footbed, and arch support. I bought the 8 as i have other Frye shoes and wear an 8 though am typically a 7.5. These were big on me. I bought both the saddle and charcoal colors. Both are beautiful with the charcoal color being a perfect balance of a soft black. I also didn't like showing toe cleavage so they are being returned. These came very close to being perfect.

Bought these in red and LOVE the color. Stylish. Can dress up or down. I wear to work with ankle length slacks and can stand long days on my feet.

Frye makes phenomenal shoes and boots! these are extremely comfortable and well-made, but I'm returning them because of the shape. they're much pointier than I expected, and my pointy shoes get so scuffed so easily. These are really pretty and I love the neutral color (it looks like slate gray), and I'd keep them if they were a traditional ballet shape. I'm pretty hard on my shoes though - if you're only wearing yours inside the shape might be fine for you. Fryes in general are worth every penny though because they last FOREVER and are extremely comfortable. I work on my feet and the Frye Carson ballet and Renee bootie are wooooooonderful. I've had my Carson ballet shoes for three years now, and I wear them all the time and all over creation and I think they're just now biting the dust. My Frye cowboy boots I've had for 6 years and I've had them resoled twice and they're going strong and I think I'll have them forever.

I usually wear a size 8/38 in dress shoes, 8.5 athletic shoes. My foot is narrow. I ordered the 8 which was too small and the 8.5 which was too big. Lovely shoe but not very comfortable and sizing didn’t work work for me.

Felt narrow compared to other Frye shoes I own. Had to return.

The toe box on this shoe is AWFUL. I loved the shape and they are beautiful but they just aren’t shaped correctly. I kept thinking I’d break them in but I’m miserable every time I try to wear them.

I was SO DISAPPOINTED with these shoes!! The quality of the leather was good, but the toe was extremely pointed. So much so, it was difficult to walk in them. Sadly, they were returned.
