Beautiful shoe, incredibly soft. I loved the cement color. Everything was perfect - if you don't have toes. The toe box is unbearably tight. Really disappointing. Back they go.

These are beautiful shoes, but buy a 1/2 size larger.

Too tight in toe box, but length was okay. Beautiful shoe, just too narrow for me.

These ballet flats are very nice looking. Love the colors and look very stylish and chic. However, not too comfy. Almost no support and really need to be stretched out and broken in. Run small so ordered my own size and half size up. Kept the larger of the two. Need to really add some gel inserts to make them comfortable to stay on all day. I kept them as I'm sure they might be ok once I stretch them out a bit.

I really like the look of the shoe, but they were quite uncomfortable, especially in the toes because of the pointed end and because the leather is so stiff rightness now.

I ordered for a friend's wedding hoping to wear in the office after. Unfortunately, the shoe ran so large I had to return them. I'm a snug 11, so was surprised! Beautiful upper and lower materials. Wish they had a 10.5.

I have 3 pairs of the Carson Ballet flats and love them - super comfy! I wanted a dressier pair of flats and after reading the reviews on how comfortable the Sienna flats were, I ordered a pair in Wood. They are beautiful. However, there isn't a lot of room in the toe box and they are tight on my feet. They aren't short - if I size up they would be too long. I do have a narrow foot but they squeezed my toes uncomfortably just standing.
Additionally, unlike the Carson, there is no padding for the ball of your foot, just your heel. I really WANTED to love these. I walked around on the carpet trying to fall in love with them. Sadly, they will have to go back.

Based on recommendations of the sales team, I bought these a little snug so that they could stretch to my foot but not to the extent that they'd just fall off. They were definitely snug at first but loosened a bit in the first few wears. I love the leather and the look and really, really want to love these shoes - but so far I'm regretting the purchase. I'm willing to give them more stretching time, but what's killing me is that they squeak when I walk. The seams rub my heels and sides of my foot as I walk. It's uncomfortable and (what is worse) they make a very noticeable noise as I walk. Very embarrassing when walking around the office. I'll try to find some toe socks or something to see if that helps, but I hate the look of anything peeping out of flats. sigh.

I ordered this shoe in 3 colors yet they all fit differently. All in all, I am surprised that this shoe is so inconsistent and, the quality is not the Frye typical quality standard.

Normally wear a 10 in Frye but these were WAY too tight in the toe box, but fit everywhere else; could tell if I went up a size they’d fly off my feet. Had to return because of the discomfort. Very disappointed.

Just received these ballet flats in the mail and they're on the small side. Definitely would work better if it were half a size larger. The leather is really soft though but unfortunately just uncomfortable b/c of the size.

I absolutely love Frye boots and this was the first time buying shoes. I have a medium size foot.
These were so narrow that my toes were squished together. At first I thought I ordered the incorrect size or they sent me a pair two sizes too small! But they did not. You must have a very very narrow foot for these to work. Sadly they are on their way back.

So I where 8 1/2 everything, but these shoes were not snug on my feet at all. Feels like they are a half a size too big. I have to where socks with them to keep them on otherwise they come flying off as I walk. Very strange. i hate wearing socks with flats. I won't be wearing them and might just give them away.

I wanted to love these, but they felt terrible compared to other Frye shoes I own. I don’t wear a lot of heels, but with these I really wished there was a half inch more of a heel. I almost felt like my heels were lower than the rest of my foot. Sadly going back.

I bought these in black almost a year ago, so I gave myself plenty of time to wear them before writing a review. I had previously owned the "regina" flats and was hoping that these would be a good replacement, but they never broke in as well. These hurt like pointed shoes often do- they do NOT slightly mold to your foot like most nice leather shoes do over time, and the sole is stiff. Still, for shorter periods, they're fine, and they look great. I live in a city, walk a lot, and have high expectations for walkability in flats and these fell VERY far short. Also, almost immediately, the insole in the toe box area came unfastened from the sole.

As another reviewer noted, the lining of mine has also come out of the shoe, which is disappointing as most of Frye's shoes have lasted me years. They get a star for style but are not super comfortable with the hard sole. The discontinued Regina flat with the flexible sole were incredibly comfortable and lasted me years. These are not an ideal replacement.

I have not been able to wear these since I've purchased them. The leather on the heel is so rough, it has given me several blisters, and even with attempting to treat them, nothing seems to help. Too bad, because they look great (if you don't need to move in them).

I have at least 6 other pair of Frye shoes, including 3 other flats- these are the worst fitting ever. Basically they do not fit, too tight all around. I always felt pretty safe ordering Frye online, but now I will have to think twice knowing their sizing is not consistent.

I hate these shoes so much. I have bought many fryes over the years. This pair never stretched a bit and I actually can't make it through an entire day without bandaids. Very strange because I work at a desk and don't do much walking. I wish I had returned them but having purchased their shoes before, they usually conform to your foot. Must have used an inferior leather. It is stiff and rubs a few places on my foot but also slides around. Cute though.

These have sharp edges around the opening. Very disappointing. Have two pairs of Regina ballet flats that I absolutely love. These fall very short. Am disappointed that Regina is no longer available as these were uncomfortable and abrasive.

Loved the casual look of this shoe. I thought they simply needed to be broken in. Unfortunately, after wearing them three full days they feel worse than the first day. Blisters on the back of my heels each time and bottom of heels feel like they've been on sandpaper due to the way the label is sewn in.

Shoes look very very cheap. The stitching is cheap looking and the leather is poor quality for the price. My husband said they look like they came from a discount shoe store, made in China. Very disappointing for this brand.
