LOVE these boots but they seem to run a bit small. Will order half size up.

Absolutely perfect!

These are my new favorite boots! They're so versatile! I wear them to work regularly and they even held up to wearing them while holding chickens on a farm during my visit to Iowa. These are great boots that you can dress up or down. I'd highly recommend them!! :)

I wasn't sure at first, but after a day I fell in love. They are comfortable and durable. Great for throwing on in the dirty snow. Keeping my feet dry when I run around town.

I really like the look of these boots and have received several compliments on them. After reading that these ran small, I ordered a 1/2 size up (7 1/2). However, I still felt they were a bit snug with winter socks, so I exchanged them for the size 8, and the size 8 fit great. Zappos was great about exchanging the boots for a different size. I've only had them for two weeks, but so far I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love the look and style of these boots. I ordered 1/2 size larger than my usual size and was unable to get them on. I have a higher instep and at the ankle area of the boot I was unable to get my foot to slip into the shoe and unlike a western style boot there are no pull type tabs on the inside or outside of the boot so there isn't a way to get a good grip anywhere on the top shaft of the boot to pull them on. I reordered a whole size larger to accommodate for the high instep issue and the exchange was seamless and the customer service was excellent. I'm not sure, yet, if I will keep these boots as the whole size larger seems a bit too large now but if I should choose to order a 1/2 size smaller, I know the exchange will be just as easy and seamless.

I was a little nervous to spend the money on these boots, but so glad I did!! I LOVE them!! They are so much cuter than other waterproof boots. I have other Sorel boots and the quality is unmatched.

These boots are adorable, comfortable and stand up well to the elements. I have several pairs of Sorel boots and I'd say these (as well as Conquest Carly & Toronto) are my favorites. The slimpack riding tall II fits similar to the Conquest Carly. I normally wear a size 8.5-9, but I ordered a 9.5 in these after reading reviews, to ensure that I could slip my foot through the ankle area, which I'm able to do even with a thicker winter sock. I wear a 9 in Conquest Carly because the lace up allows me to loosen the boot to slip my foot in. I did treat the leather area with some Frye conditioning/leather protector. These boots are just gorgeous and I always get lots of compliments!

Very comfortable, super cute boots. I ordered up half a size based on other reviews and they fit perfectly with normal weight socks with enough space for thick socks, if necessary.

Love these boots, they fit my foot to the tee! I wear and 8.5 and I ordered the 8.5 I do use a thinner sock normally so you make want to go up a half size if you prefer a heavier sock. I have gotten lots of complements on these and asked where did you get those so ZAPPOS you should get a lot of orders for these!

My experience with sorrel is that they all run a bit narrow through the toe box area. O ordered one size up based on other reviews so I could put good socks inside and it worked like a dream. I love these boots and they are the most comfortable of all my sorrels! Way more fashionable than Wellies.

This is a great boot. Fits true to size and is very comfortable. Love the look, leather is beautiful. I bought both the black and the umber. Umber is much more brown than the picture shows but is very pretty.

This winter I had been wearing my leather tall boots all the time but felt unsafe walking on slippery surfaces and my feet were often cold. So I began the search for a winter boot that is: stylish enough for work and can be worn indoors for a few hours (I travel alot for meetings and don't want to bring shoes to change into); that look good with long and short skirts and slim pants; are warm; and have great traction for ice and snow. These are PERFECT in every respect! The Sorel Slimpack has the best traction of any boots I've owned, including my winter Bogs. They're quite comfortable and wide enough even though I have a wide toe-box and narrow heal and sometimes find that shoes are too narrow on me. Based on other reviews, I ordered a half-size larger (a 9) and the fit is fine with a mid-weight Smartwool sock for my purpose of business and casual wear. If I were planning to wear for outdoor recreation for an extended time with a heavier sock, I would have sent them back and ordered a 9 1/2. I feel that they run at least a half-size small.

I love these!! They look so sharp. I ordered these along with some tall Hunter's and am definitely keeping these. They are warm, comfortable, waterproof, and stylish. They look great with leggings or jeans. I am an 8.5 and ordered an 8.5 and they fit well, but I am considering ordering a size 9 just for comparison because they feel a little snug and that was without socks.

I have never had Sorel boots fit me.... until now. These boots are really nice, and I love them. I usually wear an 8.5 in boots, and had to go up a full size to a 9.5. Love the adjustable straps on the back. These should last for years, and well worth the cost.

Enjoyed these boots so much I ordered an additional pair in the Umber color. Fits well with a nice thick winter sock. I wear a size 7 but ordered an 8 because of the reviews and it was a good choice!

I saw these on someone in snow country and had to have them. I also live in Oregon and I needed a stylish pair of rain boots. These fit the bill. I did order up a half size larger and they were perfect with or without a thick sock. Comfortable and cute to wear to the grocery store and out to dinner.

I usually wear an 8.5 and ordered a 9 based on the reviews. The 9's fit perfect! These boots are very comfortable and stylish and I have already received multiple compliments. High quality boots worth the money!

These boots are clunky and wide in the heel particularly. They are great looking and if you have a wide foot probably a good fit but my foot is medium width and they just didn't work.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas. I must say, I'm pretty doggone good at picking out shoes for my wife, but she, and everyone who has seen these boots, was head over heels for them. They are gorgeous, and extremely well made. She wore them outside in 6" of snow for 3 days with no issues. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! But they do run small....I am a true 10 and their 10.5 fits perfectly so think a 1/2 size up when ordering.

Just received these boots after the awesome speedy shipping. I finally bit the bullet and purchased these after another style from Sorel didn't work out. I'm usually a 7.5/8 and went with the 8 and glad I did. They are a little wide, but fit perfect in the length. Love, love this boot. And always zappos is the bomb.

i love this boot. i am 5'9" and have 16" calves and ordered the size 11. Fit like a dream, looked sleek and amazing. Compared to my Caribous, i could see how these might not be as warm and you'd want to wear thick socks to keep your feet cozy. Wish I could keep them- returning because I bought them for my sister, who loves them as well but has a foot with a really high arch and can't get her foot easily in the foot part of the boot. Bummer! Amazing boot!

These boots are amazing! They are gorgeous, functional, and surprisingly light weight and not cumbersome like many winter boots. Easy to take on and off yet very comfortable to walk in. After reading other reviews and ordering one-half and an additional set one-full size up, I actually ended up keeping the boots that were a full size larger than I normally wear. So glad I did. Zappos was awesome with customs service.

Got these as a "You're doing great with our Newborn" present. She loved them. Dark fog is a great color, and can tell they are well made. They were a little small on her so had to exchange for a half size larger. Now she says they fit great and can wear her warmer socks.
