I bought these a half size larger than usual because I heard they had a small toe box, plus I use my own inserts and will wear heavier socks. I have spent many a miserable day walking around in stiff/too small/too heavy boots and these seem awesome for all-day walking. My main standards are warmth, waterproofing, and comfort. I think these will work really well.

This shoe is much smaller than typical shoe sizes. I read the reviews and purchased 1/2 size larger, but really I needed a full size larger. The boot is short and a bit narrow. Also, originally the wrong boot was sent to me and a completely different style was in the box, but after ordering a larger size in this boot, it too was too small. Order one full size up if you plan on wearing socks that are thicker than thin socks.

I did not keep this shoe because the sole did not feel sturdy enough for walking on rough terrain

They are very warm. Felt like they fit immediately now they feel a little small

These fit my daughter with a pair of thick socks. We ordered the 6.5 instead of her usual 6. The only problem was the heel. She felt like there was no heel support and the lining bunched up at her heel. She opted for the Columbia Ice Maiden Shorty instead.

These are a comfortable sneaker boot. They fit perfect right away and have great traction. The only reason I am sending them back is because the fur cuff is way too poufy for me, not only style wise but functionally wise: they attract snow which then melts and then runs down into the boot. The Minx shorty is a better boot if you are really going to be in the snow and not just cold weather. Columbia fits true to size, are wide and comfortable for me a duck footed 8.5, D width, narrow heeled, high instep, high volume foot. That's a mouthful, and hard to shop for.

Toasty warm and dry! That’s a plus for sloppy winter weather. Sizing: feels like a quarter of a size too short. It is as if “ the shoemaker” forgot seam allowance.o

I found the look of the shoe to be very busy. I wear a size 6 shoe and there was too much going on in such a small space. The silver and fur make it look like a child’s shoe. It’s comfy but too hot. The synthetic lining makes it waterproof but also non-breathable.

I have been wearing Columbia boots for years and been very happy, but sadly these didn’t work for me. I think maybe it’s the waterproofing edge around the toe box — these felt uncomfortably snug in my usual Columbia 10. The style is great, but back they must go. I found them to be maybe even more than a half size smaller — they felt like 9s to me. Oof! Too bad.

These boots are the perfect weight and style I wanted. When they arrived, and I tried them on I found that the toes of the shoes are too narrow to accomodate toes. So disappointed, since they were just right otherwise.

Fit is usually too wide but length was good.

These are so incredibly cozy and warm. I usually am between a 6.5 and 7 in shoes, but a 7.5 in running shoes. I am exchanging for a 7.5. But otherwise, I LOVE them!

The shoe fit well! I didn’t really care for the fur at the top. A small amount of fake fur is preferable. I decided to return them and I used my old shoes. That was a big mistake. Should have sent them. I hiked in Wisconsin trails after a winter storm. Oh well, learned my lesson.
