My daughter really likes these boots. However, the reviews that we read about sizing a whole size up were not helpful for us. My daughter wears a 7.5 in her tennis shoes, so we ordered a 8.5 in the boots. They were way too big. When I checked where her toe was in the shoe to the top of the boot, it was a tad over an inch. When she walked, her heel slipped up the back of the boot even with thicker socks on. We sent those boots back. We were thankful that Columbia matched the sale price we purchased them at, BUT having to pay the return shipping negated some of the savings. We ended up purchasing an 8 which JUST fit. They are a tad snug, but she said not unbearable. We are going to keep them, as she likes the style and says the are comfortable aside from being snug. She hopes as she wears them they will break in and loosen a little. The boot is super cute though.

I have the full height boots in this style. Very warm, waterproof in the snow and comfy. Normally a size 6 or 6.5, size up to 8.5 as these run extremely small. Would definitely purchase again.!

I'm a 5 ft 2 inches, 101 lbs, average Asian built lady with 10 inches foot length. I usually wear size US 7.5 shoes. But for this pair of Heavenly Shorty Omni Heat Boots, I bought size US 8. It just runs a little small, perhaps due to the cushioning/winter material. This pair of size US 8 boots allows me to wear thick wool/winter socks for extra warmth and not feel tight while it still allows comfortable fit for thinner autumn socks. Cushioning for walking/moderate hiking in winter is great. Grip on floor is great too! Wore this to do a 2 hr winter hike up mountain and cold winter (21F to 50F) in Dec 2018. Boots keep feet and toes warm above 37F. However, when temperature falls below 37F with wind chill factor, toes get a little cold with outdoor exposure. Overall, it's a great pair of winter boots - super comfortable! Got another 2 pairs for my 2 young teens girls.

Finally found amazing winter boots for the Chicago weather! Keeps my feet warm and dry which is what I was looking for! And on top of that they are stylish! Runs a little small and decided to go up a half a size up after reading other reviews. Overall would recommend these boots

Bought these boots for cold New England winters. They're extremely comfortable, like walking around in slippers. My only complaint is that they do run small. I'm a 9 and ordered a 9 and they're pretty snug especially when wearing thick winter socks. If I purchase boots from Columbia again, it'll be a size up.

I really liked this boot. so cute. felt great except it was too small for my left foot. Matched my clothes and winter gear.

Just received today and the minute I tried on, it was a clear NOPE. They are way too small. I'd get a 1/2 size or even a full size larger than your normal size. And the heel felt very narrow, and I have narrow-average width feet. Disappointed because they are cute and exactly what I was looking for - a lightweight, everyday winter boot.

My go to snow boots are also Columbia which I love! So I wanted a lighter pair for those non-ending errands when I received them I loved the look, after putting them on they felt like slippers(honest) they are very lightweight, toasty warm excellent for lots of walking I would highly recommend! Columbia products never have let me down. The only thing that it doesn't have is a tab in back to make it easier to pull on boot.
