I am a happy woman! I have tried other boots for my narrow foot to no avail...thankfully, Zappos is so understanding about ill fit for people like me! These Columbia Heavenly Shorty Omni-Heat are fabulous! They accept my orthodics with no problem and the laces allow me to fit the boot to my foot with no slippage. Thank you Zappos for hanging in there with me!

I ordered these in this the sea salt/fawn and also in Quarry/dove because I couldn't decide on color. I thought the sea salt/fawn would be two shades. However, the entire shoe is very WHITE. I keep the Quarry/Dove color. Fits wells I order a 7 - normally I wear a 6.5 glad I did. They came yesterday and I wore them today comfortable but a little tight in the heel area. Should be ok T

Very comfortable boot! I just returned from a trip to Quebec City, where the temperature never got above 0. I wore these boots all day, every day. They kept my feet toasty warm, plus there was good grip so I never slipped on the snowy, icy sidewalks. (They run small -- I ended up a full size larger than normal, so I could wear wool son.)

Not the cutest boot but can not beat these for comfort. I plan to use them for cold weather/snow and have not had any of those yet. But I LOVE the fit and feel of this boot! Safe looking tread, too.

Perfect for Washington state weather. Fit like a glove. EZ on and off. Cozy. Fit true to size. I wear them without sock in fall and will wear a thin sock for winter slush and rain. The white, which I ordered, is lovely. EZ to tie and laces are not slippery. I would order a half size up for heavier sock. 7 1/2 were perfect for me. I don't like socks. funny hungh? lol. Buy these, you wont be sorry.

Really liked this shoe. Have only worn it around the house but it is very comfortable and hugs your ankle in a blanket of comfort. I have other Columbia boots and I buy boots for utility so will be sticking with this brand. This is not a fashion boot but would still look cute with jeans and casual clothes. Although really, a working boot is a working boot and looking cute is kind of secondary. Soles look good- with good treads so I expect high performance from this brand (as in my other Columbia purchases)

I love these boots, but they are a little too big. They are very comfortable and warm. I am afraid that if I get a smaller size they will be too tight so I need to return them. I will continue to shop for another pair.

I was looking for a cute /lower boot that is comfortable to walk in. I am very happy with these. I live in WI and need warm boots for walks with my kids. Plus they are easy to pull on when you only have one hand free! Highly recommend!

obsessed - so warm and comfortable. slight weirdness underfoot on one side, but wear these boots all the time in slush and snow. highly recommend. runs small, i sized 1/2 size up

I live in sunny south west FL and bought these to wear when I go on ski trips. Who wants to wait for most of the year for that though? So they other evening I wore them to the grocery store when it was 70 degrees out and I love them. They are so comfortable! It's like having pillows for your feet. I wear a size 9 and the fit was right on with a medium thickness sock. I couldn't quite get the laces as tight as I wanted so I may go to a set of those new laces (Lock Laces) that are the no-tie elastic. I've used them before and really like them. Good luck and enjoy these dream cloud Columbia's.

I'm so EXCITED!!! After ordering and trying on several pair of rain boots I finally found a pair that are perfect! The Columbia Heavenly Shorty Omni-Heat won!!! I am short, my legs are a little heavy and I have tiny feet. These boots are the correct height and are warm, comfortable, light weight and the perfect width. Thank you Columbia!! I'm surprised and relieved by how much I like these boots. Wore them in the snow and rain and they kept my feet dry and warm. They are also really comfortable, the sole is nice and padded and feels really good to walk in. Really satisfied.

Great boot! I bought this boot for my Chicago visit. I got it half a size larger based on reviews and also keeping in mind that I'd be wearing thicker socks with these boots. It fit perfectly and has great traction. The boot was so comfy that I decided to get the taller version as well.

OMG these are the perfect boots! So so comfortable; didn't want to take them off. Bought them for walking in NYC in January with rain and snow. My feet felt better than wearing athletic shoes on our 5 day trip. So warm too! Maybe even too warm if you aren't going to be outside much or in cold weather. Don't wait! Buy these shoes! I might even need them in another color...

I love these boots. I bought them for a trip to Iceland in February. I've worn them a few times so far, feel great so far. True warmth test will be next month on trip!

I received these (in Vermont where winters are very cold). I ordered both size 8.5 and 9 because I normally wear a size 8 shoe. Granted my foot is a little wider at the base of my big toe but I can fit into a size Medium and don't ever buy a wide-width. With that said, the size 8.5 was very snug (and I had winter socks on). The size 9 fit pretty good but I still felt they were snugging my feet more than I wanted. If you were wearing thin socks, the 9 would be perfect. If you're going to wear thick socks, I think I'd go with a 9.5 (which is 1.5 sizes more than my shoe size) - so I reordered these in 9.5 just so that I'd be comfortable all the way around.

I bought these boots for a camping trip to our local mountains. They are very comfortable and keep my feet warm even with thin socks. If you prefer to wear thick socks I might size up a half a size for comfort.

These are super cute boots and appear to be able to keep your feet warm and toasty. Unfortunately, they were not wide enough to make any long term wearing comfortable. They were everything I was looking for if only they had been a little wider.
