I wear typically wear an 8 in boots and sneakers, but the 8 in the Columbia Heavenly Omni-Heat boot is very tight. I couldn't get them on with a thick sock. Ordering the 8.5 and 9 to try.

I need to order the Next (Full Size) up. These seemed comfy - but need to see how they feel in "correct" size.

I love these boots but should have read the reviews more carefully. My usual size was 1/2 a size too small. Will just exchange, which is relatively easy at Zappos!

Went up a full size and still tight. I’m sure they’re great boots but I can’t imagine going up any bigger. I also thought the fur and the placement of it on the boot looked cheap. An easy return for me.

Bummed ... ordered an 8 based on consumer recommendations. It is way too small. I normally wear a 7-7.5 in a regular shoe so thought an 8 would do the trick. Submitted return process and proceeded to purchase an 8.5. Well, in less then a week the price went from $77 on sale to $139. NO thanks zappos. I'll just take my return monies.

I wanted to love these boots. They were super cute and seemed like they would have been comfortable, but they were too small and narrow. I have pretty wide feet, wear a 9.5, and usually ordering up to a 10 when a wide isn't available will work, but these were still too small and tight, even with a thin sock. Had to return. The search for a light, warm, winter boot continues...

Fit is small, im a 7 on boots and sneakers because i like some toe space but i had to get this in 8 and still snug with winter wool socks. Its very comfortable though, feels like a running shoe with flexible rubber for a sole. Id give it a 5 star except it was not enough for my purpose. Bought this specifically for the omniheat to take to fairbanks this early january and all our tours ended up having me use their boots because my feet would still get cold with these on in arctic weather, with temps below zero degrees. Also, its not entirely waterproof. Played in knee deep snow and went home with damp socks. Hmm. I therefore conclude that this is only good for california's mild snow levels or midwest's chill but not arctic weather. Even with toe warmers ij my feet, my toes got cold.

I normally wear a 6.5, but based on reviews I ordered a 7. Those were still too small, even without thick socks, so I ordered a 7.5. These boots were for a trip to Maine to visit my daughter in December. At a full size larger, they were very comfy. It did not rain or snow while we were there, so I cannot comment on how waterproof they were. However, after an hour in 20 degree weather, even with wool socks, my toes were numb! I would say, if you are looking for a comfy, stylish boot for 40 degree or higher weather, these are great. If you are looking for snow boots, keep looking.

These boots are abnormally small and narrow. I'm a size 7.5 (24.5cm). I tried an 8, then 8.5, then 9! Still don't fit!! The 9s were finally the right length, but they are so tight around the toes it's painful! I'm not sure why Columbia isn't reading all the reviews and fixing this issue.

Toe box very narrow and all around tight while the heel area was way to wide so my heel wouldn't stay down (so ordering a wide wouldn't help) Bummed because they have a very cushy sole.

I just received the Omni-Heat boots and right back into the box they go. After reading the reviews, I figured ordering one full size up would suffice. Not so. I am a size 9 and ordered these in a size 10 and they are still TOO small. My toes and heel are completely rubbing the inside front and back of the boot. It is a very narrow boot as well. The boots also lack arch support. It’s too bad, they are a nice looking boot but very flawed in the sizing and lack of arch support.

It's is amazing to me that a well known shoe manufacturer like Columbia cannot conform to standard sizes. My foot is a standard size 8, average width. I read and believed the many reviews that reported this boot ran small so I ordered an 8.5 which for any other shoe or boot would give my foot ample room if not too much room. I could barely get my foot into this boot, my toes were pushed into the very end of the boot! The fake fur may account for some lack of space until it compacts but in this case this boot would be too small without any lining! I'm rating 3 stars for style because of the poor design that makes this boot run so small.

Very comfortable snow boots. Keep my feet dry and warm.

Here in RI we had a mild, non-snowy winter ! I wore them just once on a cold, dry, sunny day when I was essentially standing outside (on cement) for almost 2 hours and they kept my feet warm.

I was nervous about these boots because of the reviews stated they were too small. I got them anyway and I can see that them being so snug would feel too small but after wearing them for a bit, my feet were incredibly comfortable. They're more like socks but my feet never felt cramped. I'm a true 8 and got an 8 and they are probably my favorite snow boots just because of how cozy and comfy they are on my feet. I definitely encourage trying them out and returning if they absolutely don't work but don't be discouraged by the reviews. They're really great boots!

I love these boots. First time ever I’ve been able to wear boots because of my sensitive ankles and legs. These are so comfortable. I have trouble with my feet and ankles swelling so may wish they were a size larger. Don’t know if they came larger than size 10.

I just bought my second pair so I could have these in two different locations. They are absolutely fantastic! They are so lightweight and so comfortable to wear right out of the box. I used them for snowshoeing and my feet stayed warm and dry. The part that I liked the best was the amount of traction they provide on snow. I have other boots buts they don’t even compare to the traction of these. My feet are narrow but I was very comfortable wearing ski socks with a B width. I wear between a 6-6 1/2 shoes size and the size 7 has been perfect for me.

These continue to be my go-to boots for Midwest winters. I got my original pair of these 7 years ago and only this year had to replace them when they slightly were less water proof but otherwise still fully functional. I wear these boots every single day 4 times a day taking the dog out and they are super easy to slip on/off with no work, no socks needed and I stay warm and dry even in deep snow. The best!
