I love these boots! They are very warm. The only thing is that they aren't 100% waterproof. I still love them and can wear them in Wisconsin snowstorms but my socks may be a little wet if it's slushy wet snow.

You'd be best going up 3-4 sizes from your normal size. I usually wear 7.5 or 8, so I thought 8.5 would be roomy enough, but I could barely fit my feet inside. I would've been better off with a 9.5, which I NEVER wear. I wanted these boots so much too! I could tell that they were quality and would've kept my feet toasty warm during these frigid upstate NY winters. I hope they decide to restock them for next year, and I'll be wiser to order them earlier in the season before they run out of the larger sizes.

These boots are really comfortable. I'm the type of person who will wear something for ages and ages until it's physically impossible to do so any longer, so I have pretty high standards. I needed good warm, snowproof winter boots to wear in the snowy mountains of Oregon. My feet get cold easily. I've started helping out with my son's ski races at the base on occasion, but the last time I did so in my old 'Duck' boots, my feet were soo cold they hurt, hence this purchase. I researched all the boots out there and was hoping these would be my solution, but after 4 hours standing on packed snow in 30F or lower with 2 pairs of socks on, my feet (toes especially) were freezing! Granted I wasn't walking around much. I do like the look and they are super cozy...felt like walking on a cushion, so I want to give them another try. Honestly, there may not be any boots that could keep my feet warm unless they're heated. I honestly think that if I was using them to go for a walk in the winter, they'd be great! So my next venture will be taking them snowshoeing and see if my feet are still cold.

I ordered a size larger and the toe is so narrow they are still kind of tight

Good soft snow shoes, I normally wear 7.5 my first order get half size bigger, but still tight! I have to returned and place another order another half size bigger. So I got 8.5 it was perfect and comfortable.

I am an 81/2. I ordered 91/2 as prompted by Zappos. They were tight in length..maybe a 10 would have worked?

I'm usually 6.5 in boots (w/extra space for socks), purchased these in 7 and they still feel Somewhat snug. Ended up keeping them bc the snugness is not much.

I love these boots, they look great! For a wide size though, it still a little tight for me and I have normal sized feet. I wear a 6.5 but ordered one size larger and still a little tight.

Reading other reviews I thought I understood how small these shoes are, so I ordered half size up thinking I would be fine. But no, not really. even with my barefoot they are really tight. I'm usually size 5.5, and with a regular (aka Real) size 6, I should have some wiggle room even with my socks on. Not for these. Other than the sizing being extremely small, I do love these boots. They are super nice looking, great material and warm. I won't be able to wear them but lucky for the daughter she will be able to wear these in a year or two..

Boots are well made and are comfortable. They do run small. I have another pair of this type of boots in a 9 1/2 and I had to return these for a 10 1/2.

I ordered these when I had to return another pair and they didn't have the size I needed. I am normally I size 8, i ordered an 8.5 in the other pair an they were to tight. So when I ordered these I ordered a 9. They are still a little snug but better than the others.
