They were cute and promising - but even after going a 1/2 size up to a 9, which I never wear, they were surprisingly small (toe hitting snugly, narrow on foot). Disappointed. I can tell they would otherwise be comfortable and I really like the look of them. Sending them back.

I am a solid 6.5 medium. So I ordered a 7 medium per the other reviews. As soon as I put these on, ouch, my feet hurt. The toe box looks wide - but is actually very narrow. I felt like I was getting instant bunions by wearing them - with only tights on. I then put on thick socks just to try it. Nope. I really wanted to like these boots -- but after wearing them inside the house for 10 minutes, I thought, "who am I kidding, these boots hurt." I am not going to go through the back and forth exchange nonsense. Lastly, I didn't find these boots very cute, I thought that they were kind of ugly. I'd rather go buy $30 duck boots from Kohls than deal with these expensive, ill-fitting, and somewhat ugly boots.

This boot runs incredibly small. I usually wear a 6.5, ordered a 7 and need a 7.5 for sure, possibly an 8.

Hands down this is the weirdest shoe I have ever tried on. First, they run an entire size to small. Second, no arch support. Third, the soul is to narrow, I mean the actual outer soul! I have average to narrow feet and my foot was spilling out either side of the soul! Last chance for Columbia, the low quality and stingy use of ,aterials, add to that their "Omni Heat" is ridiculously ineffective, I completely give up on this brand. Seriously, this company cant make a soul wide enough for the average female foot!?

TOTALLY NOT WATERPROOF! Stepped in a snowy puddle and my foot was drenched and freezing.

I purchased these boots because of the high rating from the reviews. I took their recommendations and order both a 9.5 and 10 (I usually wear 9). I have a narrow foot and these were way too tight. Even in the thinnest socks in both sizes it pinched the top of my foot and ankles. Also, too much arch support that felt out of proportion to where my arch fall. It cut off my circulation just from trying them on. So disappointing as I really liked these boots! They are cute and very warm though. Sending these back and ordered 2 styles of Sorel's. BTW - Zappo's Customer Service is AWESOME!!!
