I ordered these in a 9 and had to go up half a size which was completely painless thanks to Columbia's fantastic customer service. Other than that, these have been a dream. Like the other Columbia boots I've bought in the past (hiking), there was no need to break these in. They do run a bit narrow, so thin socks help with that, but they are so warm that you wouldn't want anything thicker. So happy I purchased these and can't wait to rip around in the snow with them!

These lightweight and breathable boots are the most comfortable I've ever owned. I literally put them on straight from the box and wore them for the next 3 days in cold wet weather. I'm outside a lot and on my feet and they didn't weigh me down or feel clunky like some boots can. I love them and I'm ready to order a second pair. Oh , did I mention water proof? PERFECT!

The boots are so great. I love them !! It's much easier to wear than my other winter boots. I got the grey ones and they go with everything. The best thing is they are so warm. I walked around during the last arctic blast in this early November and my feet didn't get cold AT ALL !

Very confortable and warm

Thank goodness for other consumer reviews! I purchased my pair of boots a half size larger than I normally wear based on the reviews that the boot runs small. This was true when the boots arrived and I tried them on. They would not have fit properly I had not ordered a half size up. They look great in person and are so incredibly light. I was looking for a winter boot that would be functional but not too clunky in order to wear it to work during WI snowstorms. I can't wait to use them next winter!

Definitely kept my feet warm while in Colorado! I love my boots and wear them in 60 degree weather because they are so comfortable.

I got these boots for a winter trip to Iceland. They are very comfortable, not once did I feel like my feet needed a break or anything. I actually never thought twice about my feet, which is unusual but wonderful when there is so much else going on. They are also very warm and definitely waterproof. The only issue is that they don't have great traction--nearly wiped out on some ice (not that I expect boots to be as good as cleats, but other people could walk on the same ice with no problem). And definitely size up! I got a full size bigger than normal, based on other reviews, and they fit perfectly, even with wool socks. My feet are not very wide, though, so maybe even 1.5 sizes up if yours are.

I had multiplen trips planned to Maine, Canada, and Colorado all within February and March. I don't need snow boots living on the Gulf Coast but have never been dissapointed with Columbia and I was skeptical but boy I was SURPRISED! These are cute, warm, comfy, and they work!!! From snow nearly up to my waist to just downtown walking with ice patches, my feet were never hurting or cold! These aren light and easy on/off. I ordered up a half size to use thick socks and these were snug at first but after you get settled in (memory foam) they fit like a glove.

We had a streak of a few subzero days here in NY and input these to the test right away. OMG! I wore thin socks and they still kept my feet super warm. I forgot was wearing boots, they felt like running sneakers, comfortable and lightweight!

I love it, it's my first Columbia snow boots and I can't wait to wear it!

I bought these boots after I had already had the shorty pair. I liked them so much I needed another. Super comfy and have worn them all day working out in the cold weather. My feet did get a little bit once when snow was melting and I stepped in some deep puddles. During regular wear in the snow my feet stayed warm, dry and comfortable all day long.

Just comfortable and functional!

I love this boot! I originally bought a Sorel boot for surviving the polar vortex in our forecast. I was disappointed in the warmth that boot provided. the rubber sole made my foot cold. I looked online and came across this Columbia boot and I am SO happy with it! I paid attention to reviews and ordered a full size larger than I normally wear (I am normally a 8.5, and I bought a 9.5). It fits well but I could maybe even done a 10. I was surprised by the fit. This boot is extremely warm! The soles on the bottom are enough to protect against the cold ground (unlike the Sorel I had previously warn). The boot is also waterproof. Looking at the cushy material I had my doubts, but as our mounds of snow is melting, my feet stay 100% dry walking through puddles with my dog. I also love the ease with which this boot slides on. Sometimes boots can be cumbersome to put on and take off, but these are so easy.
