I have high arches and this shoe didn’t have enough support for me. The straps felt loose and my foot felt like it could slide around. I do not have narrow feet.

Wanted so much to have Birkenstocks but just not narrow enough for me

Although the Zappos description of this item says "Please be advised that the Birkenstock?® Narrow width accommodates both traditional narrow and medium widths." that was not the case for me. I own an old pair of the hard bottomed Birkenstock Granada in regular width and that pair is significantly wider (at least a 1/4" than this version. Unfortunately Birkenstock no longer makes this model in a Regular width with the traditional foot bed.

Tried this style for the first time. Am returning because it was not comfortable for me. I wear other styles of Birkenstock.

I wanted to like these shoes, but these were way too wide. They were labelled as narrow, and other Birk narrows fit me well, but these were way too wide on me. Yuck! Sent back.

I wanted to love these shoes because my sister so highly recommended them. However, the sole is so bumpy that I cannot wear them because they hurt my feet so badly. I will return them and look for a softer footbed.

Based on other's feedback I ordered an 11N for my 12N foot. The length was fine, however the width of the sole was still mNItauch too wide. The sole of the shoe did not bend and I felt like I was tied to planks.

Cute shoe but unhappy with the way one side wasn't constructed properly. The strap showed white material like the strap wasn't tucked in before stitching (or glueing) it to the cork bed. You can see problem from inside and outside of sandal...not what I would expect from Birkenstock.

Nor Burkenstock quality.

Unfortunately the narrow width is still too wide for my 9 1/2 size foot. Also they stated size 9 1/2 equals a size 40 but that size was too short. The size 41 was a better length but my foot still slipped in the sandal. My foot also felt the hardness of the cork under my arch which left a mean blister rubbing the skin right off the tender underside part of my arch. This happened just from walking around in them for about ten minutes in my house. I’m still trying to heal the raw open area from the sandal rubbing under my sensitive arch. Ouch! Albeit, these sandals did not work for me!

The style and comfort was great but straps were not leather..Very disappointed!! Will not pay $109 for shoes that are not leather!!

I wear 9 1/2 narrow in shoes which is not easy to find (especially in sandals) so I was very excited to see these Birkenstock's were offered in a Narrow size. However, they are not narrow. You may be able to tighten the straps quite a bit but the sandal footbed itself is NOT narrow. No amount of tightening the straps would prevent my feet from sliding forward and rubbing on the formed footbed. In the description it states: "Please be advised that the Birkenstock?® Narrow width accommodates both traditional narrow and medium widths." Why not just call a spade a spade and NOT say these are narrow?
