These shoes are great! The only comment I would have is that the size stated on the website is a little larger than actual. I wear a size 8.5, but the 39 was too big for me. I exchanged it for a size 38, which fits very well.

These are the next best thing to having my feet replaced. FYI...a 40 reg fits just fine on my double wide feet that measure at nine and a half but wear a size ten.

Of course these shoes have been around for years and for good reason. I've had foot surgery twice in my life and both times have worn these to help recovery. Because of there great arch, I have two pair and love the new styles.

Recieved exactly what I thought I was ordering in an a very timely manner. I would recommend Zappos to any person interested.

I am so happy with these! They are so cute! Some friends suggested I get the soft footbed because the hard footbed is awful, but I really don't think the hard bed is bad. They do offer a lot of arch support, so that might be a bit different to get used to, but I've been wearing them every day since I've gotten them & I don't really have any complaints. I am usually a 7.5 & these ran very true to size. I'm really happy with my Birks!

Love these shoes. Can wear with many different things. I'm a size 8 and the size 29 is perfect.

Ordered a 11N, hoping it would fit 11-no deal N really means N in Birks

Not super comfy at first, but Birks are like that and I think they will get more comfy over time. I got the 7 narrow, and have them on the 2nd to last hole. My concern is that they are going to become too wide for me. I haven't yet put them on the last hole until it's really necessary, but I suspect these will be too big for my foot after a year or so of wearing.

Like look but hits differently on top of foot and feels less secure on foot due to strap positioning relative to some other Birks

I am really disappointed that it is no leather

I actually went up a size (looked at old Birks) from 36 to 37 though I think 37 is just slightly bigger than I'd like. Wearing size 36, my toes kept getting pushed up to the very top of of the sandal, which was super annoying. I wear orthotics in other shoes, and the "hardness" of the the footbed was not a problem for me. The style is great and just a little "fancier" than the Arizona Birks which I had been choosing to wear for the last decade. $100 bucks isn't bad. A soft footbed is also offered but $40 more. Also, I think the footbed is probably better for you foot when it's shaped to it. But then again, I only play a podiatrist on TV.

I always order a size smaller in Berks because they run large. These are not the prettiest, the color is more like grey bleh vs mocha. sending back.

I wore these shoes twice and the buckle broke. I called Zappos and they had a new pair out to me two days later no questions asked! Excellent customer service.

States it fits reg and narrow width, but too narrow through toe box area, put pressure on baby toe.

This was my first pair of Birkenstocks and I bought them after researching the brand. I don't buy many shoes and was looking for something that would last a while. I've had these sandals for about a week now, and they are pretty comfortable. From what I understand, the more I wear them, the more they'll mold to my foot's unique shape. More importantly, they feel as though they are built to last, and that's what I'm looking for. I'm rating these 4 stars across the board since it is my first pair, and they are still new to me. I look forward to wearing them more and maybe even ordering another pair.

These are awesome!!! I'm usually an 8.5 to a 9, I got an 8.5. They are perfect and have great arch support. As someone who has suffered from flat feet, and reconstruction foot surgery, these have great support to walk and stand in for hours! I wear them at work when I'm on my feet from anywhere of 3-5 hours each shift. I like that they are adjustable and form easy to your feet. Definitely worth it, and they last a long time!

I have VERY narrow feet, used to wear AAAA, and have this shoe on the tightest notch and it's slightly loose. Otherwise, it's VERY comfortable.

I could not find the Granada in any stores anymore to try . I was not sure if I needed the soft bottom or the other. So I ordered both pair which came together and my problem was solved. With ease I sent back the pair that did not work for me.

The left sandal rubs below the little toe. This is a first for me in Birkenstocks!. I am trying to see if it will wear in over time.

If you've got a truly narrow foot, this may not be the shoe for you. Within several steps, my foot slipped to the front of the shoe. However, I also ordered the Mayori (it's got a toe hold) and that style fit fine.

I own a pair of narrow Mayari and they fit great—but these are so tight in the strap that I could even buckle them. Not sure if I got a defective pair or if they’re really cut that differently. Love the style but couldn’t wear them.

The soft sole on these sandals were quite comfy, but even with a narrow, I had to tighten the straps all the way and then the buckle sat on the top of my foot, creating an uncomfortable pressure just walking around my house for a few minutes. Sadly they are being returned.
