Perfect. Just as expected.

Love, Love, Love these! Absolutely a dream to walk in. My first pair and have no regrets whatsoever. I have been wearing them for almost a year now and they are still comfortable! Have gotten many compliments on them. Love the style.

Bought for my wife. She usually was a 7.5 to 8. So i got the 8 to 8.5 size and it was too big, but the 7-7.5 was perfect and she loved the sandel!

These are by far my favorite Birks. I had to order these because my Granddaughter "borrowed" my other ones.. She says I gave them to her... lol

These are my first pair of Birkenstocks, but hopefully not my last. I love the style and the comfort.

These are my absolute favorite shoe! They've got just enough support, my foot doesn't slip around, and they look a bit more dressy than the classic birkenstock. Would recommend to anyone looking for something more substantial than a flip flop.

When these arrived I realized that I accidentally ordered a size smaller than what I intended, based on the size chart. But the size actually fit perfectly and one size up most definitely would have been too big, so perhaps these run a bit larger than the chart would have me believe. They took a few days to break in. There was a lump in an awkward spot near the ball of my foot that was painful, and a small blister rubbed on the arch of one foot. But after the first few days or breaking them in they became the most comfortable sandals. They cradle my feet and give great support. I can walk long distances and I notice my feet and back don’t hurt like they would in other shoes. The style it very cute and versatile. I wear them with jeans, shorts, summer dresses... I hope that these last as long as people have said, because they are pricey and I don’t want to replace them often. But I’m definitely a lifer for these shoes if they do last for a decent amount of time.

I LOVE these sandals! I wear them around the house for the arch support they provide. My feet feel so comfortable in these.

I've had these shoes for two years now and love them even more than I did day one! They are uncomfortable the first few days because they have to mold to your feet a bit, but once broken in they are the comfiest. I wear them year round (with socks in the colder months) and they have survived pretty well. I have had two of the smaller side straps break but they barely look different, and they are still comfortable and look great!

I had been wanting to buy my first pair of Birks and I really liked this style, but they only came in a narrow size, and I have pretty wide feet. I first ordered the regular width unisex Arizona style instead, but they were far too wide when I got them. I ended up returning them (with absolutely no hassle, and I spoke with a wonderful sales rep!) and ordering these instead. I was really nervous about ordering them since they were the "narrow" width, but when they came they actually fit great! I have to put the buckle by the toes on the widest notch, but I can put the second buckle on the middle notch. I compared them to my friend's pair of regular width Arizonas and they were very comparable in width! I don't know if this size runs wide, but if I can fit into them with my wide feet, I think anyone can. Don't be discouraged about the width if you want to try these! I also love the cutout design in the straps. It gives the shoes a much more feminine feel than the Arizona style. Now to break them in...

I have been purchasing the pastel Softbed Arizona but thought I would give the Granada a try. I like the style as it is a little more dressy. I ordered them in the narrow as I usually wear a medium width. They fit comfortably and do not pinch the sides of my foot. They have good support for me and I hope they will come in some pastel shades in the future. I like that they are slip on without the toe thong. I definitely will keep an eye out for some more colors other than the browns and black.

These are my first Birkenstocks so I don't have much to compare to. Looks wise they are great. They are really cute sandals. I normally wear a size 7 and after reading reviews I sized down to a 37, but they are still a little big on me. They aren't extremely comfortable after walking/shopping for long hours, but they aren't bad. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase!

This is my first pair for Birkenstocks. They're cute, comfy and overall a great purchase. At first, I was a little put off by how hard the footbeds are, but after a day or two my feet squished right into place. I've worn them everyday for over a week, and I'm not sure I want to wear normal sneakers ever again! :P I usually wear an 8.5 ~ 9. The size 39 fit me great. One foot is a little bigger than the other, so the adjustable straps are a nice feature. These sandals seem really well made. I expect them to last many years (I'll try to remember to update when I retire these shoes to give y'all an idea of their lifespan).

Great shoes. I own another pair of Birkenstocks and love them since I have a high arch. These are the "narrow" kind but fit my feet fine as I have normal width feet. Very comfortable and I find they're much cuter than the thick strap style. Overall A+ shoe.

I went down half a size and they fit perfect. I loved the narrow width and interesting strap design because they have the shoe a more feminine look. Super comfortable out of the box and only got more comfortable as I kept wearing them. The shoe truly molded to my foot after a couple of days.

Absolutely great shoe! While they're definitely the most expensive sandal I own, I believe they are 100% worth it. They easily mold to your feet, don't take quite too long to break in and are super stylish all at the same time! Will most likely be buying another pair in the near future!

My daughter asked for these for Christmas this year. I had to exchange once to get the sizing right (chart seems a little off), but customer service was excellent and the exchange was easy. Shipping, as always, was super speedy both times. The narrow fit is so helpful for long thin feet! She's wearing them already and it's December still! Pleased with my purchase.

Bought these for my wife for her birthday after my daughter had bought another style of Birkenstocks, liked them, and wanted to give a pair to her mom. My wife typically buys Vionics for the improved support but has said that these are similarly supportive.

I can only say, Zappos absolutely nailed the online shopping experience. Fast delivery, and free! The exchange process was super easy and again fast. Will do business with them again, and highly recommend them. Great job guys!

I have bought 3 pairs of Birkenstock Granada for family members. Zappos was right on top of everything. I had no problem with my orders. And, now I am ordering a 4th pair and I hope #5 will be for me.
