I own several down coats, as I live and work in Boston which as you know, gets pretty cold. I bought this coat because of its length and fit. Didn't want a jacket too long, bulky or too short. This was perfect. So far so good - great commuter coat and can fit a sweater under it if needed. Great color choices as well.

This coat is amazing. I love the grape leaf color. I live in North Dakota where it was just -26 and adding a sweater underneath it kept me warm. Now it is a warm +12 and I am as warm as can be.

This coat is very cute, light weight which makes it very versatile. North Face jackets are made well so it will last a couple of winters.

Excellent weekend runner throughout the winter months. Design, construction and fit are consistent with the high quality expected from The North Face.

This coat is very light weigh but very warm. I am short and most down coats make me look like the dough boy. Very slimming and like that it is longer in the back. Waist is also fitted. All round cute coat for down. Love it.

This is a very nice slightly fitted jacket, lightweight and warm. I don't like wearing heavy bulky coats so this is perfect. I bought size L (5'2" & 150lbs) It is somewhat big on me but, I'll be able to layer or wear a heavy sweater, and still have room enough to move comfortably without looking sloppy.

It's super cute and runs true to size. I like the longer length. I ultimately ended up returning it in favor of the Toastie Coastie Parka because I wanted something that's better in wet weather.

This parka is good for transitioning from cold winter temps to cooler spring temps. It is very lightweight and could use more down insulation. This jacket would not be warm enough on a cold winter day but more suitable for temps in 40s or 50s. Older NF parkas had more down filling and were warmer in frigid weather.

Comfortable and warm. My only complaint would be that the sleeves feel too large and puffy.

Great jacket! I loved it while shopping for it and love it even more now that I own it. Front pockets have zippers and the removable hood is a great feature. Will be wearing it for an upcoming northeast trip (March) where temps will be cold. Fits slightly big, I’m 5”2” and 135 pounds and chose a Medium. I think Small will be too small since I determined I wear/fit a Medium in the North Face brand. Great jacket!

I wear it to work and for casual use.

I use this jacket for extreme cold weather and it definitely keeps me warm.

This is a great warm jacket for casual use. I am 5'4 and 130lbs and bought the medium because I wanted to be able to wear a sweater or sweatshirt under it (think hockey rinks). The sleeves are a tad long, but I actually like them that way. I don't find the bottom part of the zipper to be an issue. Every now and then if I bend over to get something, it might start to unzip, but in the month I've had the jacket, it's happened maybe twice. I do really like how the backside is a little longer than the front. There is a small zippered pocket on inside breast that I just discovered. The only potential negative, is that there are a few small feathers that are starting to come out of it. Not completely, but I foresee this happening more as time goes on. And I have not washed it yet. Bottom line, I would buy it again and I am just shy of loving it.

I tried on many TNF winter jackets and settled on this one because it is better suited to a shorter person - I am only 5’2”. This jacket fits well and is comfortable, even for driving.

I loved this style, but for me the XL hips were too wide. I'm 5'2" 140 lbs my hips are smaller than my chest, so this is always a problem for me. However TNF stretch Active fit jacket fit fantastic. If you have a problem w/ the hips being to wide for you, try the Stretch Down Parker. Perfection!

This coat is so warm and light weight! I love wearing it out and about because it is also stylish.

I love this jacket . It's feel so warm and comfortable Only one problem is the ZIPER it's not easy ... when I zip it it's open up from bottom .

I wear this jacket on a daily basis. I really like the color and it is very comfortable. I have only worn it a week thus far ask no cons at this point.

I love the look and comfort of this jacket. Keeps me sufficiently warm. I would recommend this jacket.
