This coat is flattering, moderately warm during winter in Cleveland, and comes in great colors. HOWEVER. I wore it for less than a week before it began leaking feathers, in amounts I've never seen from a down coat before. I had washed it once per the instructions, and I've had cheap down coats that never did what this one did.

feathers are coming through all over the coat and ive only worn it maybe 10 times so far...

I bought this coat back in November. I wore it a total of 3 times and the zipper is already broken. This is very upsetting since this coat was expensive. Is there anything that can be done to fix it?

Get your sizing real to normal life..20 years of customers..no no more ..way true size and availability in other brand..Bye North face..get with reality..

Very disappointed in this jacket and the quality. This is the second jacket in this style that I'm returning for the same reason. As soon as you start to wear it, feathers and white powder comes out of the seams. Not very becoming on a black jacket. I am disappointed in the poor quality of this North Face jacket. I expected better from this company. But Zappos never disappoints. They took the original jacket back after I had worn it a week with no tags. Great customer service. Unfortunately, this jacket is doing the same thing right out of the packaging.

I needed a light weight coat and this one really is. It looks stylish but I noticed that really thin feathers are coming all out from the outer layer! I started to feel like a duck... Feeling very disappointed.

Not a great product. Quantity wasnt good
