I ordered this coat 2 different times online, ordering the wrong sizes. I went into the store and had great customer service so I decided to try on the sizes there and found the right one.

I absolutely love this coat! I am *not* a cold weather person, but the snow and low temps in Utah don't affect me at all when I am wearing this! Casual enough to wear to work and errands, but sleek and trendy enough to wear out on a cold night. Match with a hat and gloves and you are all set!

This jacket caught my eye when I first saw. I knew that my sister would love the jacket and I was right. This is her first north face jacket and she is loving it. The jacket fits her perfect.

I really like this jacket. I did a lot of research looking for a jacket. I moved to Boston from D.C. and I knew I'd need something more substantial than what I'd been using. I'm glad I picked this jacket, it kept me warm in January when we had super cold weather. I like the color, I think the jacket is a little big, but it's great for wearing big sweaters and scarves underneath.

I bought this coat when we were going to Chicago for the weekend and it was supposed to be in the low 20s. We walked all through the weekend and I was comfortable, I loved the length and I'm so glad I got the longer coat.

This coat replaced my all time favorite black winter coat. I needed to replace that coat for several years but never wanted to give up its reliable warmth and comfort. So it was with some reluctance that I ordered this coat...But I am glad I did! It is now MY NEW FAVORITE coat! This lightweight, easy to wear coat, is so warm. The color is fantastic, and the detailed stitching which varies a bit on the sides adds class to this coat. i wear it everyday! Well worth the price!

This is the third Metropolis II parka I've purchased... one for myself and one for each of my daughters. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, stylish, lightweight winter coat!

I purchased the Metropolitan parka in Brit Blue because this winter in Washington, DC, has been exceptionally cold. I usually layer woolens under a North Face three-in-one jacket, but given the recent polar vortex that was not adequate. The Metropolitan parka is light weight, warm, and stylish. I have worn my new coat for about a week and it has lost maybe ten feathers. So far feather loss has not been the problem that other reviewers have described, and I am hoping for the best. Maybe there are quality control issues at the factory in Vietnam that need to be addressed.

This is the most comfortable coat and so warm. I'm a student and love the coverage it gives me; especially in the freezing cold.

I've wore it every day since I got it, and it is so warm. I love that it stops right above me knees and doesn't restrict movement. Some people commented on it losing feathers and mine hasn't. Every once in awhile maybe a small one will come out but it's a great coat. I got the blue and the color is so vibrant!

This is a great coat. Very comfortable and lightweight. Keeps ya cozy and looks stylish yet practical. Would recommend to any friend, family, relative, neighbor, or enemy.

I absolutely love this coat! I live in Baltimore and our winters get pretty harsh. This coat keeps me 100% warm when the temperatures drop! The coat seems very well made. I imagine I will be wearing it for years to come. It will certainly not go out of style!

I live in Chicago and it's very cold! I needed a jacket what was able to withstand the wind and the cold. I wanted a long jacket but not one that goes down to my ankles. This jacket fits all my criteria! I love it and have worn it every day since I go to it!
