Very warm, flattering winter coat. I was looking for something that didn't resemble a marshmallow but was still very warm for an urban commute, this fits the bill! Finding out the upper hand pockets are fleece lined was a nice surprise. I received multiple compliments from strangers while wearing. I also appreciate that the North Face branding isn't very distinctive, as I don't like to be a walking advertisement. I ordered a size small, and the coat fits perfectly (5'4", 130 lb)

I love this coat! I have been looking for a warm and stylish for the winter and I finally found it! I purchased the Dark Grey Herringbone size medium. This coat is long enough in the arms, roomy enough to wear a bulky sweater, and tailored enough to not look bulky. It also has a top down zipper which is great! The coat has 4 pockets on the outside and one inside pocket. The 2 larger outside pockets are roomy enough to hold my mittens and hand warmer; the smaller outside pockets are just the right size to keep my hands in and hold my cell phone. The length of the coat is perfect and the asymmetrical hem is super cute; the cuffs are also asymmetrical. I am a person who is always cold; this coat keeps me warm on my daily walking commute in Chicago.

I almost returned this coat, and I'm so glad I didn't. My daughter had a field hockey game on a cold, drizzly evening. I surveyed my outerwear "wardrobe" (which is a thing in New England), and the best coat for the job was this one. Super-warm, waterproof, and long enough to cover my butt on the cold, hard bleachers. I was a happy hockey mom! FYI, like the other reviewer said, this is a really heavy coat. I thought the lining zipped out, which would have made the coat much more versatile, but it doesn't, which is why I was going to return it. If heavyweight what you want, this is a great coat. If you want light rain protection in early fall or spring, this isn't the coat for you!

This coat has a nice style but it was much heavier than I am looking for. Would be good for a cold climate/snow.

Great coat. I got the XL in the herringbone green color. Im 5 ft 9, 38D cup, size16 200 lbs post twins and it fits perfect. I love the sleeves and how they cover the top of my hand but not my palms. I love all the pockets and the perfect sized hood for a thick pony tail too. Great coat for getting the kids from the bus in the rain.

This coat is exactly what I was looking for. Warm, waterproof, good quality and stylish. It is fitted, has darting on the chest, which gives it a nice shape so it's not boxy. It's longer in the back than in the front. Sizing was correct. I'm 5'7", with a long torso - fit guide showed me as a medium. I ordered both a small and a medium just to make sure. I ended up keeping the small, because it gave a more fitted look. Not a huge size difference between the two. I'm so happy I purchased this coat!

Love this coat! It's super warm and fits great. I'm 5'10 with long arms and the sleeves are perfect. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the double zipper, but that's just a personal preference. Would highly recommend!

I purchased this jacket to keep me warm during my son's baseball games and it is perfect. I am 5'7 and 150 pounds and the large is big enough for me to put a big hoody on underneath. I love how the jacket is a little longer in the back. It's very stylish and warm. The hood is awesome as well. I have not had any problems with the hood. I really look forward to wearing this jacket.

I wear this coat to work, on the weekends, on errands - everywhere. I wanted a vegan coat that would be extremely warm and also lightweight - this fits the bill. The length is perfect for a parka - a little above the knees (I am 5'3") and cut more flattering than most puffer coats, with a sleek, curved silhouette. It is longer in the back so it protects you when you sit down. It has all the nice NorthFace features - warm lined pockets to stick your hands in, layered snug sleeves and the hood can be tightened. The navy blue color is neutral and flattering. I live in the Northeast US and it keeps me warm and dry in winter weather. Overall a very warm coat to be used in all weathers, that still looks cute and work appropriate.
