I got this boot as a gift and was so excited to wear them, as they are so cute! Unfortunately, I had to squeeze my foot into the size 8.5 booties, and after wearing it an entire day, hoping to wear into it, my feet had blisters. I tried it a few more times to see if wearing it more would help stretch it, but it really is just sized too small for what it is. I really should have gotten a size 9 or 9.5.
I don't have the receipt for them, but I'd love to try the bigger sizes, as I've gotten so many complements on them when I wore them, but they are just a bit too expensive for me. oh well...

My first time wearing these they scuffed considerably, revealing a cloth underlayer. I am disappointed in how quickly they were damaged; I really wanted to like them.

I teach school and wear these boots almost every day. They are very versatile and go with many different things.

I received a pair of the black Basel booties for Christmas and there's a spot where the leather has ripped off. I have a pair of brown Basel boots for 2 years now and have not had any problems.

Bought a pair in black in the fall absolutely loved them. Got a pair in tan for Xmas as a gift. Didn't bother to try them on for several weeks when I did, they seemed a little tight. Wore them for an hour or so, very painful. Check the lining and both pair are marked a size 9M. When I put the bottoms of the shoes together, it is evident that the tan pair is shorter. Too late to be returned so I am out the shoes and the money. Do not assume that the same exact shoe in a different color will fit!

I purchased these boots in July of 2020 and only wear them seasonally, so they are not worn April-September. Both bottoms have come undone/detached from the shoe. They do not hold up well. They were comfortable but not even worn that often and they fall apart.

I received nothing but an email saying that I was receiving a refund for my return. I never received the boots and did not request that the order be cancelled. When I tried to call the customer service number shown on the email and the site, it said that the number was not in service. At least I got my money back, I guess.

I bought the exact pair in 2017 and they were one of the best, comfortable, and versatile shoes I've owned. I've worn them out, so I bought the same pair around December of 2020, thinking it would be the exact shoe, but it is not. They are higher and the fit is uncomfortable. I was not made aware that they had updated the shoe model. If I had known this, I would not have bought this shoe. I would like a refund!

Soles are poor quality, the color has worn off the rubber and it's all beige now. Looks old after two wears!

The boots were not at all what I expected as far as quality goes. I could barely get the boot on my foot I had to unzip both a zipper. There were no dark edges on the front of the booth in the quality of the leather was less than par. So he had to pay for the shipping of the booth and then to ship them back $18 in total I long. I will never purchase from lucky again online

I have been buying this style for years and always happy with them. bought a new pair in January - and after one wear the leather was pealing off. After reading so many other reviews, clearly not a one off. so disappointed. have been a loyal customer for such a long time and always bought up big every time I went to the US.

The brown color on the sole within 5-6 wares came off of the heel and edges. It was two tone cream color and brown, ridiculous looking. Had to argue with Dillards manager to compensate me for a defective sole on the shoe.

I had a previous pair 4 years ago and loved them! They stayed looking great! I finally wore them out. So excited to get a new pair but instantly disappointed!! Color is flaking off and discolored, heal is coming apart. Quality has gone down, way down!

These were too cute, but HIGHLY regret buying these! So disappointed in the quality. I purchased these boots less than 3 months ago. I am a teacher so am on my feet the majority of the day. I was so excited to purchase my Lucky brand boots because I was confident would last for years. Unfortunately after 2 and a half months of wear, they have completely broken- the sole having completely separated.

I usually love lucky products, for the style and quality, and I own and gifted Luck Brand products many times. But after waiting for 2 weeks for the "free delivery", I was excited to finally get my black booties and I immediately put the shoes on and wore them in my house while making dinner. They were cute and so comfortable! My home is mostly carpet except for the kitchen, and I wore for only about 1.5 hours. After dinner I noticed the dark outsole bottom paint was missing, and now exposing a light cream color rubber underneath. It stands out and looked like I had been worn for months. On the edge of the shoe, toe and heal and bottoms, dark cheap paint had scuffed away from the rubber, revealing very light color beige color underneath. Im am a mature woman who is gentle with my shoes. If they look like this the first wear, how shabby will they look in a week? I paid over $80.00 for cheaply made shoes. I am very unhappy, and I am now reconsidering my love for Lucky Brand products.

I had these about two years ago and loved them. I wore them a ton and decided to get a new pair. After ONE DAY of wearing them casually, the leather was torn up in 3 different places. It is so bad to the point that they cannot be worn in public and Lucky will not consider replacing them. Please do not spend your hard earned money on these. Two years ago I would have been one of the people writing rave reviews, but the quality has declined tremendously.

I previously owned a pair of these boots bought about three years ago. The leather was scuffed and peeling in some areas understandably since I wore them a lot, so this year I decided to replace them because I really enjoyed my first pair. This pair FELL APART after one day of casual wear. They were worn in moderate weather, no extreme circumstances, and the leather is peeling off in 3 separate large circles. I am beyond disappointed that I will have to be purchasing a second pair of $100+ black booties for winter, and I am not sure that this loyal lucky girl will ever purchase from here again. Decline in quality over the past few years = BAD SIGN

I received the black boots as a gift for Christmas. In less than a month the leather was scraping off the side, toe, and back of the boots. It is like plastic covering. I contacted Lucky Brand but they would not exchange them because I did not have a receipt. I had the box, paper, everything but no help. I have 3 other pairs of their boots, and love them but will not buy any more because of their poor customer service.

I really like the look of these boots. I wore them twice. The first time I sat down quite a bit during the day. I was on my feet most of the second day. They hurt my leg on the front where the boot touched but wasn't very flexible. Never again. I had to put on house slippers as soon as I came home.

I bought this bootie a few months ago because I thought they were so adorable. I've only worn them a handful of times and the toe has become creased. They are very uncomfortable to wear as the crease puts pressure on my toe. I have pointed out the crease in the picture and it is much more pronounced when the shoe is being worn.

First, I should say that these boots are not actually leather--rather, they have a very thin layer of leather that rips and scuffs really easily.
I bought a pair around christmas, and within two weeks (not wearing everyday), they ripped! Took it to the store, they first didn't want to exchange, and after a stressful experience, they agreed to exchange with a new pair. The new pair was unusable after the 3rd time wearing them, because the leather on one shoe just stripped! Honestly, don't waste your money on these, totally not worth it,

I ordered these boots in "Light Purple" but before I did I called customer service because I was confused about what color they really were. The color name of them says "light purple" but the picture looks like a darker brown. Customer service said they didn't know and they assumed it would be a dark brown. So I ordered them. They arrived today and I held my breath as I took them out of the box, they were PURPLE. I barely even put them on so I could return them and they would still be clean and acceptable. Disappointed with customer service's lack of knowledge with the products. Also disappointed that this picture does not show they are PURPLE boots.

I wore these boots twice and the coloring already started to disappear and now they look very worn and used. For the price you pay it is SO NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Yes, they are cute boots but once you start wearing them they are trash and now I cannot return them. I am so disappointed. Do not make my mistake and buy these too.

For the price I was expecting a great boot! But instead, after a couple days wear, literally a couple days. the sides and tops scuffed so bad and looked like I've had these boots for years. Ive buffed them and put protectant on them... looks good for a sec till I walk out the door and back to looking awful. Save your money, don't buy these boots!
