I was looking for a medium weight jacket & finally found one I love. This jacket is definitely heavier than it looks but not too heavy like a winter coat. It has the softest lining and the outer shell seems like it would be water repellent ( I have not worn it in rain or snow yet). Highly recommend this jacket

I absolutely love this jacket it's warm and comfortable. Sadly I bought the wrong size so I had to return and get a larg . I'm 5'1 128lbs and had originally got a medium but found it restricting on the arms and shoulder blade so I'll get getting a large . Other than that I absolutely love it and I'm sad to be without it for a little bit

Nice warm jacket

Runs a bit small but overall the elastic of the product makes up for it , I would recommend it.

Had to return this one for a larger size. The color and fabric are beautiful. It's taking a little longer than expected to receive the re-order, but I am Anxiously waiting

The jacket is very soft and the midnight mauve is a beautiful color. Unfortunately, in 30 weather the jacket is not warm at all. It doesn't block chill from the wind either. The hood is too small even for my small head and lets in a lot of wind because it's not adjustable. I believe my old plain fleece North Face jacket was a lot warmer than this one. I'm sorry I purchased this jacket.

Great weight jacket for where I live. Looks well polished. Very durable

It's a great fit and fuzzy inside. It's light enough to just throw on but still insulated.

I got this jacket as a gift and I've only wore it for two weeks just running errands around town and the pocket zipper broke. It's my favorite jacket currently and I use the pockets daily so having a broken zipper so quickly is disappointing for the price.

I love this jacket! Its so warm and perfect for windy weather, while being super lightweight. I did have to order a size up to a Medium from my other Northface jackets (usually a Small) because it was slightly snug in the chest area.

I wear this in Indiana fall/winter and it keeps me warm. I wear a hoodie underneath as needed since it gets really cold here at times. It's lightweight and I love the hood and fitted cuffs. There is nothing that I don't like about this jacket. It's exactly what I was looking for. My true winter jacket is just too bulky for everyday wear.

This jacket ran small- I'm always a medium/large and the large was too tight around the midsection. Didn't feel roomy enough to layer clothes under. Returned.

Not as warm as expected but is great

Great in-between jacket. Provides good coverage for that time of year when wind/rain/ snow share the forecast. The jacket is comfortable and fits well.

I really like these jackets just not sure I like the new cuffs

This makes for a decent fall time jacket. It does not block the wind as well as I had hoped, and the lining catches shirts underneath and will cause the hem to ride up or long sleeves to crumple. I usually wear it when the temperatures are in the high 40s (without wind) or 50s (with wind) and it works nicely.

Overall good quality softshell. I bought this as a gift and it's heavier than expected which ended up being a welcome quality.

Purchased in two sizes & kept the larger of the two. Like most North Face coats these days, it doesn't really account for women with hips. Otherwise, it's great!

Great outer wear, stylish and comfortable

This jacket is excellent for many different settings and occasions. I can wear it to school with pants and switch for the evening over a dress! It is perfect for rain, sitting by a fire, or a sweet walk on the beach! This is my second jacket. My first one I left for my family in Ethiopia!

I love this jacket! it is just what I was looking for! It is warm, wind-resistant and the outer shell is flexible so you can move around comfortably. If I had one challenge it is that the hood does not have a draw string and it is not detachable. That would have made it perfect! It also fits small. I usually wear a size L, but based on other reviews got the XL and I am glad I did. with a sweatshirt underneath, it fits perfectly.
