love the color but this runs way too small sad I had to return

Overpriced not as warm more of fall hoodie disappointed

So bad workmanship on the front zipper.

the fit isn't great for the size mentioned in the website. The hand sleeve sizes are a big too tight but the fit of the jacket is overall very boxy. It makes for a pretty poor look. Wish I had kept the tags for a return.

I bought this at Dick's Sporting Goods and wore it twice. Never again! Design flaw with the inner lining. The jacket makes my shirt ride up as I walk! Also, the jacket is very heavy and not very warm. I do not recommend it. Now I can't return it because they won't accept it without tags. How else would I have known how bad a jacket this is?!

When I received the item it seemed to have been used. There was a stain in the front and the price tag was already ripped off. I started a return right away.

Color is too light and not well feet

Color was so light and No good fitting.

I had bought one of these a few years back (TNF Heather Gray, The LOGO was sewed on as a patch) and LOVED it!!! A relative decided they needed it more then me. So I started looking to buy another and thought it was odd that they didnt have the same Gray I had. So I ordered it and hated it! It wasnt stretchy as the older ones, wasnt stylish as the old ones, and it looked cheaply made. So ive been hunting for a used one to buy and they are hard to come by. Bring back the old style.

Didn't like returned

This jacket has a weird fit

If you are expecting a "sleek" and "smooth" all weather material jacket do not buy this product. They have changed this jacket and not updated the description or pictures provided. The outside of this jacket has changed to a "woven" clothlike material that is not water repellent. I am very disappointed in North Face on this product.

The Shelbe Jacket runs very small

Sent the jacket back for wrong size and no credit on my card and it has been 2 1/2 weeks!!

Whomever at North Face is responsible for plus size outerwear should reconsider their position. When are companies going to realize that just because we're fat doesn't stop us from enjoying the outdoors. Wake up. I was originally very excited when TNF added plus sizes but have been absolutely disappointed in the outerwear. I have happily spent the money with another equally high quality company to not waste time anymore.

I sent this back and still haven't received a refund and it's been more than one month. So I went to Dillards and bought it in creamy winter white. The outside material is lightweight and beautiful and the lining and hood make it warm and luxurious. I really wanted it in black but it was the same quality

The black one comes in a different material than it shows on the page. It is dimpled and not smooth. So disappointed.

I fell in LOVE with this jacket when i saw it at Academy. It is so cozy and warm, i was so excited to receive it. I ordered a 3X, I'm usually a 2X, it didn't fit so I'm returning it. It runs very small. If 4X was available I would buy it again.

Even though I love this Jacket very much (really really cozy on the inside and looks nice on) the problems that I have been having with the zipper becoming stuck and not working make my rating drop to a 1 star. I have had the jacket for barely a month and so I threw the receipt out because I decided I would keep it. Well now I'm out of luck because I don't have anything else to wear I feel I decide to drop it off (hassle) at NF an for have them send it out to be fixed. Very annoying to have to deal with issues like this on a new purchase. Unhappy customer.
