Once I washed this jacket, the inside down has shifted so much that it has bunched up to one side so I no longer wear it.

It is too bad down is still being used.

This is a different color from the picture it looks black

My white down jacket was delivered today, however when I opened the box it was an olive green hoodie. I called customer service and was told "sorry, that one is out of stock ". I'm getting married next month on a mountain peak and the jacket was to be part my attire. Very disappointed with the outcome of my order.

I chose shiny grey color. It seems little bit purple under the daylight. It was unexpected and I don`t like it.

The sleeves on this jacket in a large wouldn't even fit my 13 year old daughter. She is approximately 110 pounds and 5'8". Super disappointing, since this was a gift she was really looking forward to.

This is a really bad jacket, for as high as the price is you expect a good jacket this jacket is just the opposite I received the jacket and 4 days later had to return it because fathers were coming out and the stitches were coming apart. So I got a new one the same thing is happening now at first I thought it was a factory malfunction but I released is a really bad quality jacket for a really high price

The Cherise Pink color is not as it appears on the picture, it is a dark magenta, almost RED!!!! So disappointed.

I bought this coat in "arctic ice blue" thinking that it is white with a blue NF logo. No, absolutely not. We are celebrating Christmas tomorrow morning and this is my mom's only gift and it is dark grey. The picture shows the brightest white coat (see image attached) online with a blue logo and it is grey with a dark grey logo. Unbelievable North Face, I'm so disappointed. My mom only asked for one single gift this year and that was a white NF coat. So upsetting. I will not be a returning customer.

I bought this jacket hoping to stay warm on days I have recess duty at school. To my disappointment this jacket did not keep me warm during a Minnesota winter. It is also not wind resistant or water resistant - the coat gets much heavier when it is snowing or raining as the water soaks in. Cute coat for fall or spring, but didn't cut it for a Minnesota winter...had to add a fleece under it to make it bearable!

Bought the TNF black for my girlfriend and it was the wrong color. It was a metallic gray and after reordering it I have yet to see a black. Not happy at all.

Received this as a Christmas gift in a black (medium). The sleeves and the jacket itself was too big so I went to exchange it for a small. When the small arrived there were 2 issues. 1 the jacket was way too small and 2 not in black. I went to exchange it to get the medium again and when it arrived in the mail, I noticed I had received the same color. Instead of pure black (which I know exists) I received a dark metallic gray medium jacket. After speaking with numerous people in customer service including the supervisor, it has been "confirmed" that the warehouse made a mistake and they do not make a pure black. Obviously that is not true given the fact that I did have it at one point. At this point I feel fairly upset because since I do not have the receipt I cannot get a refund, only a gift card. I do not want to keep ths product or buy something else. I just want this jacket in a solid Black! Not that the metallic gray isn't a nice color but it is not for me.

The jacket fits way to big , I got a medium and it fits like a large. Highly upset but it will take to long to return its to cold to not have a jacket.

Quality of product from years before is horrible, I can go and buy same jacket for much less and get that same quality very disappointed been buying north face for years. What is going on?

Before ordering i reviewed the feedback on warmth from Michigan, NY, etc and looked liked the coat should certainly be warm enough for Indianapolis winters. We have had a milder than usual winter but I have only worn my coat twice since Christmas because it is not warm at all. I am very disappointed! I am going to keep the coat to wear in the spring, but I had to order another coat (different brand) for winter wear. Very disappointing!!!
