Color for both coats I ordered did not look like the pictures online. Ashphalt grey looks like a shiny darker gray but is a shiny black. The mid-grey looks really light online but is a darker grey color. Please update the pictures to look more like there true colors. Thank you

You can't go wrong with Northface but the fit really wasn't true to size for me the color was beautiful but I had to return for a different style for a better fit

I bought the quail grey color because I really liked the light pink hue represented on the website. When I opened the box, I was quite surprised, thinking they sent the wrong color since it looked significantly darker than what I thought I bought. Upon checking the tag, it was in fact "quail grey." Pretty disappointed. It is lightweight, fits comfortably, and I can live with the color given the great price, so my review stands at three stars for now. I haven't tested it's stamina yet, but a snow storm is coming through tomorrow, so I may tag on a second part to this review.

Upon using this jacket while skiing I returned home to find that the side were worn away in two different spots on each side of the jacket from wearing my camelback backpack. I was devastated as my brand new beautiful jacket was destroyed with one trip and first time wear.

The jacket was nothing like the picture. The pink is more magenta.

Love the color don't like the length of the sleeves

The coat is great I just don't like the fact that small feathers are coming out of it.

Brought this coat for my daughter and it runs small

I am a frequent buyer of the north face coats and fleece during the cold months of the winter. They also make great gifts and keep you warm. However I am now pregnant, I wish you guys offered a stylish maternity option for us.

Well...I really like this jacket, but the photos showed a more flattering, form fitting jacket. I ordered the XL because I'm 5'9 and 170 pounds. The XL was not exactly a flattering fit...too roamy...and when I ordered the L...it was too tight. Really do like the look...well made...but, was hoping for a trimmer look. Also...I live in Wisconsin and it's not a jacket I'd wear in really cold weather. It's a jacket I wear to and from work.

This is my first north face. And I had it for a week now.. So all I have to say is so far so good.... But I chose black and it looks Grey but I like it....

Color was not as described, I bought it in luminous pink but it came in burgundy-ish color. I had to take it back

Not the same color as online...

I was disappointed when I opened package to find there are very little down feathers in the whole jacket. I do have other north face jackets same 550 with a lot more feathers.not sure why so different. This was to be a winter jacket.

It does a good job of keeping me warm and I love that the arms are long because I am tall. However, the body of the jacket could use an extra inch or so in length, especially if you put gloves in the pocket, it tends to ride up in a strange way. I also wish it had an interior pocket. I prefer the older style Aconcagua Jacket, but this is a decent replacement.

Overall everything looks great. Jacket on the bottom is big and it doesn't have the pull in string like the old ones had. Disappointed about that.

Didn't like Fit. Bulky & Sleeves too Long

Love the coat but hate the down feathers everywhere. The feathers poke out of the coat and you can feel the feathers poking your back if you sit against something. The feathers do not come off the car seat material. White down feathers floating in the air in my vehicle after wearing this coat for one month.

I was too busy at the time to make the return within 60 days, else I would have returned it. I have at-least 3 other North face jackets, size Small, and none of them fit tight on the chest. I am 5 5, 125 pounds and wear Small in most brands. But for the last 2 North face jackets I bought, they are too tight on the chest, including this one. What a waste of money.

Feathers are coming out of coat

We ended up returning this item. Very boxy fit.

This jacket is nice but it sheds a lot . Very disappointing to spend a decent amount of money for a jacket just for it it shed everywhere and this is the first day I've worn the jacket.

Pocket zippers enormously rough and sharp. Hand killer if have no gloves. Useless.

The coat sheds feathers and it's honestly annoying.

The temperature is cooler and my daughter wore this jacket but it leaves feathers everywhere.
