Pocket zippers roughest I have encountered in any previous jacket from any source. DO NOT expect to be able to put bare hands in pockets without painful scratches. Unusable.

Fit too small didn't like the color of jacket

Felt the product was really small for my mom

I should have ordered a size Medium instead of Large but I wanted to use this jacket layering underneath. The Large was way too bid even with something underneath. I'm concerned if I get a medium then it'll be too tight with layering but at the same time I think it would honestly fit a lot better. I returned it because of size but also didn't get a smaller size because I didn't think I would get use out of it having another jacket alternatives.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to wear this jacket as it was defective. I received the jacket promptly and loved the color right away. I tried the jacket on and it was comfortable and true to fit, but while looking in the mirror I saw the collar had a defect. The stitching around the collar had come apart exposing the inner lining which was really noticeable as it was a completely different color. I was hoping to exchange the jacket for the exact same one, but sadly they were out of stock.

I have the vest in the shiny fig. Love the color so much, I decided to get the jacket too. Unfortunately, the sleeves are extremely short. Have not had this experience with TNF products before. Very disappointed. Had to return it.

I was looking for a light weighted colorful jacket. The color is really beautiful as I expected but the jacket is a bit too heavy for me.

I bought this jacket in 2 different sizes for a 15 y/o who is of average build but is tall. The cut is very slim and it doesn't give much room for a sweater or any other layering. So I eventually went with another jacket.

I loved this jacket, it's beautiful... however i had to return it as it fit very small, couldn't get it around my hips I really wish TNF would make plus sizes, not just "extended" sizes . very disappointed as I sooo wanted to love this jacket

When I recieved this jacket in Melon Red I was soo excited to wear it, I got so many compliments on the color and style. I was disappointed to find out that only a few weeks after wearing the jacket casually, it began to shed feathers from the inside of the jacket excessively. The small feathers come out of the holes from where the pattern is stitched. Every time I put on the jacket it sheds feathers, i.e. in the car, my office space...This jacket is really cute, but it is crafted very poorly. I would not buy this item again, or recommend to a friend.

This jacket is not black at all more like a metallic dark Grey!! Very dissapointed and I will be returning

I love the Aconcagua. I purchased this to replace my old one. The problem, like the Metropolis parka, is that the small is no longer a small. It was much too tight. I had to exchange it for a medium. I am an active, athletic, 40+ women. I have not changed in weight or size, so I question why the North Face has changed...

Bought it for my wife for Christmas. Got the "White". She always wanted a NF jacket, so I was happy to get her this one. As soon as she opened the present I could tell she was disappointed. The "White" is not WHITE. It'a yellow'ish color, like an old color off a garage sale. Clearly not as pictured in the website. Returned it. As far as warmth I will never know. But for that price you would think the color would be somewhat nice.

I ordered this jacket on the website and the parcel arrived within 2 days. amazing considering the shipping was free. I have however returned it since it was not the quality I have expected. the style is cute but the material looked cheap and slightly shiny which I did not see in photos. lining felt like inferior quality nylon. for $160 I would expect something better although that price for Northface is not high. I have not worn it though so I cannot review the performance.

I have one of these from 5 or 6 years ago and have enjoyed it. Back then the cut was straight at the hips, more like a men's cut and it's always been a bit snug around the hips, but perfect everywhere else. Noticed the more fem cut so I thought I'd go for a new one. To my dismay on receiving it, it no longer features an internal pocket and the hem cinch cord is gone, too. The collar no longer has a soft lining either. It just looks like a cheaper jacket and it's clear this has become more of a fashion piece, rather than one of function. So, unfortunately, back it goes. My truly first disappointment with any North Face product.

The down easily comes out. And it happens continuously. Which is very annoying.

I wanted to love this jacket so bad but the quality of it was poor. I've literally been having feathers come out of it every day from different areas of the jacket.

If you're plus size don't waste your time it runs very small 3xL more like xxL

I love the jacket but it shedded a lot of feathers to the point my car seat was covered after the first wear. Looking at the jacket you could see the feathers coming through the seams. I was very disappointed because I love the jacket.

Ordered the coat and days later I'm notified it's out of stock. So I order a different coat and same thing. Why does the sight show as available only to not send coat

After having this coat for 3 days, I noticed the feathers started to come out. Then after 2 more days, the thread was coming loose on the arm area. So it's 1 or 2 strings hanging that I had to cut off.

The product is a little snug but light weight and comfortable but the color is not the same in person.
