I bought these trainers as I had been recommended by many friends and im glad I did, just go half the size extra as they are tight fitting until you wear them in.

Nice look, really comfortable and light; good quality as usual. I have been using Salomon for a few years now and always very happy with the quality and price!

Best to get a size bigger or half size bigger good support and really comfortable

Bought a replacement set after having many years of use out of the original pair, would def recommend!

I have had these shoes right at 1 year. These were my first Salomon shoes and will not be my last. The first time I slid these on they fit like a glove. I like the quick lace system. The soles provide great traction on all the challenges I threw at them from dry boulders to snowy slick conditions. My feet felt great and were not fatigued after wearing these. That is something that has never happened with any other shoe I have tried in the last 10 years. The only complaint I have is these only lasted 9 months before the side of the shoe blew out by my right pinky toe. I expected better but I have wore them literally every day since the purchase date. I have ordered the Speed Cross 5 Gore-Tex and I hope I get the same if not better results from those as well.

Bought this about a month ago and it has been fantastic for me for everything from 10 mile hikes, to just wearing casually thought the day. Great comfort and the quick lacing system helps keep my foot secure and in place. Salomon always make quality product and this is no exception.

This is my go to shoe from now on. I love how it fits securely. It conforms to my foot perfect. Not buying any other brand.

Just took a 6 mile hike up Granite Canyon trail in Teton Park early March. Post holed a couple times but never slipped. Felt more than comfortable. Felt fun.

Ive had these shoes for about 7 months and have put around 140 miles on them hiking and running on dirt trails 80% of the time. The tread has worn pretty low but I'm sure that's due to when I run on roads here and there. I just noticed a small tear where my pinky toe sits on the shoe. Not sure if that's from clipping rocks/roots or what. I don't think it is a manufactured defect. I do sometimes use cleats when I'm on ice and they may have worn the hole in the material. Overall a very tough light weight shoe with amazing traction. Highly recommended this shoe for your avid trail runner. I will be purchasing the SpeedCross 5's next and look forward to seeing how they fare.

My 4th pair of Salomon supercross. They super comfortable and sturdy. I especially appreciate the light weight slip tie feature.

I use my Salomon Speedcross 4's at work and play. I am US Park Ranger for NPS in my day to day but also active on a special operations side with the Army National Guard. I use these shoes for PT, hike, and run daily missions in. Look: I have the OD and must say matches both my uniforms very nice. Honestly these shoes look better with a little dirt on em. Tread: Amazing! Grip for days on both dirt and concrete. Fit: I ordered and sent back twice. First ordered an 11 because that is my standard size and felt tight in the toes. Ordered 11.5 and felt a little big and still a tid tight across my arch. Finally ordered a 11 but in the wide size and PERFECT! Length and width are great. My suggestion would be if you feel your foot is the least bit wide order your normal size shoe or boot but the wide version. Insole: The insole is non removable but molds to you foot and arch shape over a short time period. I normally run super feet insoles in all my boots and running shoes. With the Speedcross 4's there isn't the need. Quick Lace: Genies! Quick, easy, and secure. Set them up for slip on and off or run them tight when needed. Over all this shoe gets a 10 and would highly recommended!
