I have worn ASICS shoes for years. The "ASICS Gel-Kahana® 8" cost was so low - I was somewhat skeptical - But, I was VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED ! I took them out of the BOX and immediately felt COMFORT & SUPER FIT - ***** I LIKE !!!!

A good shoe that I use mainly for, hiking/backpacking, and moderate trail running. I've gone up a half size, so I order size 12, and the fit is perfect for me. The shoes have good stability, cushion, and traction. Zappos is very easy to deal with. My shoes arrived within 24hrs after I ordered them to my house. Excellent service.

True to size, width & arch support!!! ASICS makes the "BEST Walking and Running / Workout Shoes !!! I have been wearing ASICS for several years - about 12 years -:) ...

My podiatrist got me started with Asics, and so far, I've been very pleased. I've worn out a couple of pairs of Gel-Dedicate 5's, now discontinued, and have moved on to the Gel-Kahana 8. While these are (becoming) very comfortable, there is a breaking-in period. New Gel-Kahana 5's are VERY snug fitting but they wear-in very nicely. These only come in a medium width, and I can see how this might be a problem for people looking for a wider width. All in all, a keeper.

Bought these to replace my favorite running shoes and was not disappointed. They have good tread for trail running and plenty of padding. Holding up well so far.

Great shoe, I knocked one star off of “comfort” because it is a little tight around the instep (top of the foot). But truth be told it’s probably more about my foot than the shoe itself, as I have a very high instep on both feet. That be known, I would still buy them again. Great customer service at Zappos as well.

I loved the sneakers so much that I just bought a second pair because the old ones were that good.

Good price. Great fit. The Gel-Kahana is one of my favorite styles from ASICS.

I either wear a 10 or a 10.5. Asics is one of the 10. 5 brands. Good looking shoe, great colors. I took away a point on comfort, this is a very stiff shoe. I wear them all day.

I own a pair of ASICS Gel-Kahana 6, which have been great for my walks. Thought I would try a pair of 8's but they are smaller than my old pair. I hate to return them, but I must.

If you liked Asics non-trail shoes, these seem good, as well.

Great style. Fits my size 15 foot great. sole has lots of grip. Long lasting wear. Not flashy but good looking. I have a low arch and only wear Asics. The shoes fit my flat feet.

I have mega-high arches and run steep hills. Have had several neuromas removed and stress fractures from pushing the baby carriages/strollers up miles (7-8/day) of hills in Flagstaff. This is the only shoe I have found (after years of searching) that offer enough room for my toes and arches to move around. Female, 135 lbs, and size 12 women; I use size 11.5 men and I now have no foot pain. Nikes are the worst shoes and nothing I have tried from that brand work. I still use band aides for my wayward pinkies, however. Am in Kansas now with many hills and still love Asics.

Asics really delivers! I had the bright green Kahanas for years prior and wore them to death. Unfortunately green is gone so I picked blue which I feel has somewhat depressed my gate... Great shoes and AWESOME service as always. Love Tony Hsieh, love Zappos!

Great cushioning and support, nice styling, really like this version of the Gel-Kahana!

These sneaker for the price, should be true to side ,a bit more wider and comfortable.
