Beat running shoe. I pronate and have a wide women’s foot. I love these and have ordered several pairs in several generations. These are a great shoe.

Size 11 , medium width. Fits well. No issues so far. We’ll see after a few months of use. I like that they do not squeak or creak when walking.

The shoe fit was very good. However, I ordered a full size larger since I use custom orthotics. After removal of the insert and placement of the orthotics, I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

Exactly what I thought I was buying all fit and worked out well. I saw a picture of me in the and I look like my Dad... total Dad sneaks but they are comfortable...

Like the look, felt good right out of the box.

I am SUPER-pleased with this shoe. I don't generally buy running shoes (I play tennis instead), but with the corona virus shifting my life around I thought I'd start running/walking etc. Winds up this is the PERFECT shoe for me. Looks good, feels great.

I have loved the Kahana series since I got my first pair many years ago. They are not the coolest looking shoes, but I buy them for function, not style. They have great support and cushioning. The outsole is very grippy. They are like a cross between a hiking boot and a running shoe, with the best of both. I have hiked the Grand Canyon, Zion, Swiss Alps in these shoes and they have been great on rocky surfaces. I have tried on the other Asics trail shoes and these have been the best for fit, support, and comfort IMO. It looks like they are being discontinued! WHY???? I want a Kahana 9!

Perfect fit for a female with wide feet who pronates and needs supportive joggers. I have purchased several versions of this running shoe and absolutely recommend them.

I have worn ASICS running shoes and tennis court shoes for a long time. ASICS is always my first choice. ASICS simply fit me very well. Their lasts happen to match my foot great. Buying them from Zappos is always easy and reliable.

As others have mentioned, these shoes feel as running small. To me, it appears to be more of a depth issue rather than length or width. I attribute that to the insole cushioning. I found thumb stretching the uppers and widening the laces the first few wears allows the feet to reach a comfortable arrangement that should last the life of the tread.

So, my daughter wears a men's size 6.5 shoe. She prefers the men's shoes for the more neutral color palette (no pink or lavender for her). Asics are her favorite brand as they have excellent arch support. Her favorite shoe for running is the Gel-Kahana 8 which she buys in a men's size 7. These just run a half size smaller. In all other Asics, we buy the 6.5. Other reviewers have noted the same thing. These shoes are awesome! Great support, nice weight, sturdy, good grip, and they last. I read that these are being discontinued, so I bought her three pairs to ensure she can keep running comfortably until she finds something new. I really hope Asics brings these back.

I followed the advice of the other reviewers and went up a half size and they fit like a glove. I usually wear skate shoes and wearing the asics was like walking on air. It did take a few short runs to break them in, but I love them. They make me want to run, and I'm hella lazy.

These shoes were for my husband. THIS is his brand and style! So glad you had them. Fit him perfectly.

Excellent Shoes

I have to wear models with DuoMax. Price was awesome! I really like the treads on these as I go a lot of things outside.
