I have one in the old design, love it. But this new design has too much room around shoulder area looks bulky on me, ended up returning it.

Really wish it came in 3X, too tight around the chest

The style of this new Apex is terrible! The fabric is very very stiff and makes it hard to move. The fit is also very different and does not allow for much movement. I was hoping for some improvements over the old version, but they seem to have only made it worse. I have enjoyed my old Apex so much I thought I'd get a new one in a new color, but sadly, this is going back.

First got the medium cause that's the size of my other North face jacket (which didn't fit) so I got the next size up and it was too big. Very soft and very warm so was hoping it would work cause I really wanted it. Just yoo big and very bulky

I was really looking forward to this jacket. Tried the medium first and I could barely zip it up even tho it fit very well in the shoulders and arms. Sent it back and tried the large next. The only good about the large is that I could zip it. The large was very uncomfortable. If it was just a little more flexible the medium would have been fine. I was really disappointed

I bought both a medium and a large in this jacket because I wasn't sure what size I needed. When I got them and tried them on I was disappointed to find that when I zipped the medium it was too tight. Yet the sleeves were way too long. So I expected the large to fit. However when putting the large on and zipped it it was huge and the sleeves were ridiculously long. Unfortunately I had to return both of them as neither of them fit. Also the collar even when the jackets are unzipped stuck straight up it would not lay down. I had had an apex bionic jacket before and I still have it and loved it so I was very disappointed in this "updated" jacket.

I use this jacket for walking to class and such. I had an old model with the north face logo sewn in, and I liked how that looked better. This logo makes it look very cheap. Please bring the old one back.

After years my favorite jacket finally started to wear out. I decided it was time to order another apex bionic jacket but was very disappointed when it arrived. They have updated it to be longer which would be ok but they made the waist so narrow that it fits only a light weight shirt under it and just barely at that. Forget a sweater. I'm not a large person 5' and 120 pounds but the medium fits me like the small used to. North Face I get the wanting to look good on but it still needs to be particle to wear.

I wanted a nice looking jacket for this fall and ordered this one in purple. It was a beautiful color but that was the only thing I liked. First the website was messed up and I ended up ordering two jackets becuase it told me my first order was not processed due to an error. Second the size was way off. I used the "find your size" button and ordered what the website sugested (and yes I put in my correct height and weight). The website said it was a new fit, well TFN you need to update the size chart to fit the new fit.

A very nice looking jacket but unfortunately I had to return it. I am 5'2 and weigh 129 lbs. and it was a lot too slim for me. It is definitely made a taller slimmer person.

Nice coat but the sleeves are way too long!

Got an XS for my wife. She has a few NF jackets that fit great. For some reason, they made the sleeves on this so long they cover her hands entirely... and then some.

Very disappointed in this jacket. It was way too small, and the material was very stiff and uncomfortable. I am returning it. I would not recommend it.

Had the older version of this jacket and loved it. Ordered this one back in March and still don't like the new sleeves with angled arms.

I am so disappointed in North Face. Their size discrimination is evident. I work out regularly and have lost a good deal of weight however their selection for plus sizes is a joke. The stores and outlets don't carry them in stock and when I ordered the larger size online, the sleeves were so long but the the rest of the jacket was snug. I returned the online item at a store and asked why they didn't carry any plus sizes. The reply was "I think because we just don't have the room,". I looked around and this store was huge. I will not be shopping North Face any longer as it is evident that you are very size discriminatory.

Returned. Not true to size. XXL fits like an XL.

This jacket was too small.

I have had the older version of this jacket for 8 years and when the seams finally started going, I got this jacket as a replacement. I am sadly very disappointed in it. First, the Juicy Red color is not what the picture makes it look like. It's more melon-y (which I guess is where the Juicy comes from) orange in my opinion and not the deeper red that the picture makes it look. I could get over this, but since it is so light, the jacket constantly looks dirty. I've had it for about 3 months and have washed it multiple times already trying to make the cuffs, pockets, and front zipper look clean again. They are stained almost black by this point. And let's be honest, this isn't really my adventure jacket, it's more used for day-to-day and getting to/from work, so it really should not be this dirty. The updated curved cuffs seem great at first, but then I realized that they're exacerbating the dirt issue. Also, I think that the new (iron on??) logo looks much cheaper than the sewn on logo that my last jacket had. I'm sad that what used to be my favorite jacket, has disappointed me so much in this updated version/color.

My husband got this for me as a Christmas gift to replace my 5 year old Apex Bionic jacket that is getting worn looking. No comparison to my old one that I am still wearing all winter. This was much baggier, non-flattering, and not as warm. Please bring back the older style!

I have tried on a small before but either they changed the jacket since then or I have gained weight. Im 5'2 120 pounds
