The only problem it was the color is not black is more like charcoal.

I use this jacket every other day when it gets chilly. It's pretty wind resistant. I probably could have gone with a medium but overall a great jacket.

It fits smaller especially in the shoulders And the pointie part of the color wants to stick up I do love the wind and water proof

This coat is very soft inside and very light weight. Repels water, keeps warm.

This is an excellent jacket, very warm, heavy softshell fabric, great styling in the long sleeves and cuffs, and the flared shape. I so wanted to keep it, but I'm just not the right size for this. A medium fit everywhere for me but in the waist, and with a bulky underlayer would have been impossible. Disappointed to send it back. Give it a try and I hope it fits you better.

I bought the black jacket and loved it! So I decided to get the gray jacket as well but was disappointed that they didn't fit the same.

Went with the recommendations and ordered a medium,I usually order a large because of length of sleeve and shoulder area.great fit with a little room for a sweater underneath.

I love this jacket. You just need to wear a t-shirt underneath it because it is really warm inside it. I wear it to go out casual. In the rain as a rain jacket. It's suitable for all types of environments. I highly recommend it.

Good quality and look. The waist is a bit snug, even though I had selected the largest waist size when looking for what size to buy. You have to bit fit and slim to wear it!

This is a great overall jacket. My only complaint is the arms. I wish they weren't quite so long and that the fit at the top of the arm was a little bigger.

I have this jacket in medium but since I gained a little weight this past winter it was snug and would fit over a very light shirt layer. I ordered a large so I could layer it. I have long arms but the large has super long arms about 3" too long and is a little big in the middle back but the shoulders fit me well. Good fit for layering under it so I will keep it.

nice stylish jacket. the fleece inside is soooo cozy. On this dark gray color I just wish the NF logo stood out better.:)

I actually had to return it because i needed a warm winter jacket

My husband wanted this jacket it was exactly what he was looking for. He's got a northface gortex soft shell rain jacket which made him realily like the way the soft shell feels. He wanted a regular jacket too. So when he found the bionic2 he wanted it. He bought me the jacket first then him. I like it And have worn it quite a few times since purchasing it less then a month ago it has been my go to. I like everything about it the only down fall for me is the arms are too long I have to cuff them which i have to get use too because I'm really picky how things fit but I'm also not on the tall side I'm 5 ft 1 and he bought me the small which is my usual size. We also got our teenage daughter the same jacket.

I'm a college student and my classes are really spaced out plus I walk to school so this jacket is great. Definitely keeps me warm and its breathable. Only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars are the sleeves. I gained weight so had to change to a large and everything fits but sleeves are a bit big.

I received the TNF Apex Bionic 2 (Updated Design) as a gift. It's really stylish and it's warm. Last years version was more fitted and more snug. For those who didn't like the tighter fit from last year, you'll probably like this version because it's a little looser but it still shows your curves and it's figure flattering. My only complaint is when I asked customer service to explain the differences between both versions, she didn't know and had no information available. There's also no information on the website. I had to wait to receive it in the mail, and try it on to be able to tell the difference between the two. I hope this helps!!

We needed new winter jackets and this was perfect. I wish it had a removable hoodie. The collar is tricky, its very stiff and sometimes restricts your movement. But overall, a very solid jacket.

I bought this jacket and love the fit and color but the emblem is not stitched. My other 5 that are now too big, have the stitched emblem but this one is stamped. That concerns me greatly but I do like this color. Wish I had one in a deep purple, like a crayon royal purple. Not the color with more wine in it. Hoping I did not buy a knock off since emblem is stamped with vinyl.

Coat fit just right on the top but I'm a curvy girl and it was too snug around the belly. Also the sleeves were too long. It would be great if the sizes were offered in petite plus too.

I use this jacket walking around and hiking in cold weather. It is very comfortable and warm and blocks the wind well
