loved the cushion on my feet but the back zipper went too high on my leg and would create a blister if worn too long,

The shoes would be better if they hadd leather soles.

Absolutely no arch support. Toe box was a little tight but because the leather was so soft I imagine this wouldnt be an issue after breaking them in. The zipper in the heel was difficult to unzip, which was annoying because I wanted to avoid stretching out the straps. They were cute, but I returned them.

Like the style a lot but not for people with skinny ankles--straps aren't adjustable

The shoes are beautiful, but I have to return them. I have a problem with a narrow heel and thought these shoes would be great because they would not slip off, but the widest part of the toe area was too loose and showed a gap.

For the price, just not comfortable enough. If they were $100 I would have kept them and broken them in, but not for $200.

Small toe box. I worry about how they will look after on wear because the toes are going leave marks in the leather..

Straps were enormous and looked bad.

Way too tight. Wore them night and had blisters on ankles. Painful. Will not wear again and can’t return because I wore them! Not happy because they were not cheap.

I have last year's version of this Gentle Souls shoe. It is much more comfortable and attractive. For one thing, it doesn't have the unattractive piece, with gratuitous zipper, that rises too high in back. I was interested in the ankle straps of the Noa but they are too loose so I will stick with the annoying but adjustable buckle on the shoes that I have and like much better.

I wore them once. They killed me and my back for 3 days after. Support was terrible.

Very uncomfortable...returned them...got the same style in a higher heel and they were wonderful.

I'm so disappointed with this shoe. I have a neuroma and thought that this shoe would provide some comfort. This shoe has so support nor cushion. It is extremely overpriced. I am desperate to return it, but wore it for a week hoping that it would become more comfortable with use.
