Was feeling a little sad about moving back East from sunny Denver with all the rain we’ve been having but these boots cheered me up :) had to return the talls for shorts on account of my short calves.

I have wide feet and wear a size 8, while they weren't easy to put on ( minor struggle) once I had them on they fit perfectly. Wore them all day and had no issues, love them overall.

I’m always scared to order boots because of my wide calves but I read some reviews and decided to take a shot. I am soooo happy I did. I really needed rain boots and these are excellent!!

Perfect for short girls who the original boot is too high for. Had the originals but came up to middle of my knee caps, awkward, I am 5’0”

Hunter boots are worth the money. They will keep you dry and warm. And so pretty!

These were mostly great, but decided not to keep. The main issue was the top knocking into my calf and feeling bruised. I think the rubber would soften, but I already have low rain boots (timberland) that I like for now. I might just get a tall pair of hunters instead. I did like that these had an adjustable back, which seemed to do less damage to my calf than the regular shortie did.

Been waiting a long time to purchase hunter boots. Love these! I am under 5’, athletic build with muscular/wide calves 15/15 1/2 inches. I got a size 7 TTS. The top of the boot hits me mid-shin, at the widest part of my calf and there is still room to move my leg without it being too snug. I can wear skinny jeans comfortably, buckled or unbuckled. I recommend wearing thin or no show socks to help put them on and take them off with ease. Can’t wait to wear them! Hope this helps the next person decide :)

I used to own Hunter Original Tall Rain Boots, and it took me a long to get on and off. This length is perfect, and very comfortable and stylish. I'm glad I tried another try to Hunter Boots!

I typically can’t wear boots due to foot surgery and several pins which limit flexibility. These have enough stretch I can get my foot into the boots. I’m beyond thrilled to finally have a rain boot I can wear!

These are the real deal rim boots. If walking just from the car to the door, these are fine. But if wanting to wear it on a leisure walk, shopping all day, I’d suggest getting the insoles for comfort.

This is the rain boot I’ve been looking for. As someone with wide calves (I always have to order wide calf boots) it’s been hard to find rain boots that didn’t hurt and that could be worn with jeans. These are it. I can easily wear with leggings and thick socks with room to spare on the leg opening. The short style is also easy to wear for an extended period of time, drive, and put on or remove quickly and easily. Just a warning however. These are not a winter boot in that they won’t be warm without a thick sock or boot sock. Overall, a fabulous rain boot for the warmer seasons. I highly recommend not only these boots, but to order from Zappos with their quick shipping and wonderful customer service!

Love these. I have wide calves so only these shorts boots fit. I’m a size 9 but got a 10 but they were too big. I got the size 9 and they still feel a little big, nothing a good pair of insoles can’t fix. I stood in running water due to rain and had dry feet.

So excited that there is finally a Hunter boot that fits my calf! Wore them all day shopping without an issue. Very comfortable.

Aweome boots that go with like everything and also its been a dream of mine to have these boots BC of the movie p.s. I love u. Its one of my fave movies and they wear the boots in the movie. These boots are so comfy. I have muscular calves and these fit with room to spare.

I was looking for a good rain boot and added these to my order with little intention of buying them due to the price. I totally wound up keeping them though! They're comfortable, definitely water-proof, well made, and best of all, fit over my thick calves (which was a huge problem I was finding with some of the other cheaper brands). If you're looking for nice rain boots that go the distance in quality, I highly recommend these.

Awesome boots for wide calves

I love these boots they are so comfy and I feel like I have room in these. I would so buy another pair. Awesome for if u don't like the high boots that hurt your calves.

I love these boots. The original tall hunter boots did not work for me. They were hard to get on my calves, and then would bunch around ankles. These are perfect and so easy to put on and off. They run a little big but I wanted that to fit in the socks and winter inserts, so I can also wear as winter boots. Also Customer service went above and beyond helping me. This company has the best customer service and you don't have to worry if you need to return because it's so easy. I would recommend making all purchases with Zappos.

I can wear anywhere from a 6 to a 7.5, so with that being I definitely day to size down. The size 6 fit me perfectly and I've heard other people say the same. I know these are rain boots but I thought I could try them in the snow as well, didn't go as planned. My feet were soaked and freezing cold. The only problem I had with this shoe is even when I walked in the rain my feet would still get soaked. And this is not the first pair of hunter boots to do so which is why I don't think I got a faulty pair.

Finally, a Hunter boot for a wide calf!! I have tried them all -- the Original Short, the Huntress, and the Original Tall, all too tight around the calf area. Even the Huntress style (supposed to be wide) was too snug to tuck jeans or pants into the boot. These allow for plenty of room to tuck pants into, and even some room to spare! I will say, I had to size up in these boots. I am normally a 7.5 and took a 7 in the Huntress and the Original Short styles, but needed to return for an 8 in these boots. The size 7 was just a tad small and my toe hit the front of the boot, especially with thicker socks. Zappos of course made it a breeze to exchange sizes. Would highly recommend these!

These boots are adorably FANTASTIC! I have muscular calves and I love that these have tons of room. The Military Red color is so much fun! Can't wait to wear them in the rain or snow and to soccer games and Wisconsin Badger Football games!
