I have to return the boots because I wore the boots a few times and they ripped on the side.

I am used to the comfortable as a slipper Ugg. These were very tight on the foot and did not feel like all the other Uggs I own, which include regular knee high boots and heeled booties. I returned them.

I agree with the first reviewer, my true size feels snug w/o socks, although my heel slips in and out easily but the front top part is snug. I'll have to return this pair and order one of same size but wider. Got a Scarlett pair, pretty but methinks will get ugly dirty quick so I'll opt for dark color pair. Very warm inside; yes, arch support could be better. Light.
