Weird experience...Ordered these in cognac, from Macy's, in my regular size 9, because black was not available; and those were tight. Was notified yesterday, by Zappos, they got it in in black, in size 9.5. received them today. Not happy. First, they came in a recycled box, not an authentic UGGS box. The suede looks 'worn', but not the sole.? Feel huge on my feet. Returning.

I bought my last pair of Uggs a long time ago and needed a new pair. I’ve been trying on different Uggs and I noticed the shafts are much wider than they used to be. I was excited to find these because they were marked “slim.” I ordered a size up per the reviews and found these to be tight in the toe and loose in the heel. My foot slipped out of the heel with every step cinching my sock (which is necessary in New Hampshire) down under my foot. My toes also squeezed mercilessly together and pinched. I have very narrow feet and ankles. There is no reason for my toes to squeeze together and my ankle to slip constantly in a slim fit shoe unless it’s badly designed. It was all very annoying albeit a definite first world problem. Ugg sizing just isn’t the same as it used to be. Returned.

This boot ran super narrow and has a strip around the toe box that makes it stiff, definitely not the soft squishy Ugg feel I'm used to.

I kept this for the color. It stank to high heaven, and continues to SMELL The sole is very different than UGG very cheap and high. It seems large,,I usually wear an 8.5 so take an 8 in old uggs, here i went to 9 and it is loose but 8 would be too tight. VERY good arch support. Does say in was made in CHINA--since when are UGGS from CHINA? Did I get ripped off????

This is a very flattering boot, the style is perfect for skinny jeans or leggings, however, I had to return them. Although the fit was good overall, the back of the boot was way too wide so my heel slips up an down really badly in this style. I own many pairs of UGG boots and have never had this problem with the heel slipping so it must just be an issue with the UGG Kristin style. Also, the quality of the UGG boot materials seems to have declined in recent years and I feel that they are overpriced considering that they do not look or feel very well made anymore .

Not true to size. Very narrow and small.

I loved that these are more streamlined and stylish than the usual Uggs. However, they were also way too narrow even without socks and had to be returned.

Runs small

I think I would really love these if they fit properly. I have a narrow foot and wear a 7. I obviously didnt pay close enough attention to peoples reviews. This shoe is so tight across my toes I felt like I had on pointed toe dress shoes. I thought my daughter could benefit from them since she wears a 6 1/2, but unfortunately NO she couldn't she said they were too tight. So my problem now isnt that I have to return them so much as I really like them but I dont have the first clue as to what size do I actually order. Help?!

These boots were just what I was looking for, unfortunately I had to return them because the opening on the top is so narrow I couldn't get them on my feet. There is no opening on the side, such as a zipper or Velcro to allow you to pull them on. I was very disappointed. I actually am unable to comment on the fit.

I wear a women's size 11. These are significantly smaller than marked. They fit my daughter (and she loves them), but she wears a 9.5 women's shoe size. They are at least a full size and 1/2 smaller.
