Boots look like they were refurbished at the toe and I I did not get a full refund for a product I did not wear. Is this a practice when you order from the outlet? Also, I was VERY annoyed that I did not receive a full refund for a product that did not fit nor did I wear.

I was disappointed that the leather was not uniform on the boot. Different. Colors on the top and bottom. The fit was very loose, even though I sized down. My heel slipped out just walking. I returned them.

I tried my daughters shoe on in gray. They fit perfectly. The brown ones were wide and floppy and the right shoe seemed to have a flaw inside.

Love the color, styling and platform sole/heel but it has such a narrow toe that I cannot wear them, ugh! I 've given it two months , have not even worn for one month. I will have to give them to my daughter. I am really disappointed.

First off don't order online if you can help it. When you go to the store trying them on is best. The right boot was stretched out so things are uncomfortable . I am trying to stretch the left one out so they are somewhat even. The sheepskin is not very soft as well. The Ambree is much more comfortable and soft. Again try them on in the store...

Looks like they have been worn. I do not like the syle.

Runs small. Not cute and color not as pictured ..

Love the look but inner arch support too high (and I have high arches!) and my heels slid up and down inside the boot, rubbing, each time I took a step. Maybe I got a bad pair (they are made in China, so very likely inconsistent sizing and overall manufacturing) Had to return and didn't want to bother ordering again. Also size 1/2 to full size up due to narrowing of toe area if you want and are used to the "Classic Ugg" fit. For this specific style, trying them on in store might be best before purchase.

The size that was originally ordered 12/24/16 was too big. I sent them back for an exchange and they returned the money. I had to reorder them in the correct size which took another 10 days to get and when they arrived they looked like someone had been dragging them over concrete and had scratches all over them. I was crushed. I sent them back AGAIN for an exchange and a refund was given back AGAIN. 2 months to try and get a boot is ridiculous. I am very disappointed with the product and the way my exchanges kept turning into a refund. Maybe it was meant to be I can spend the money on a better product that I can buy in the store. No more UGG online for me. Really disappointed in the product.

This style is much to narrow & does not work for me. UGG's are known for comfort and if you have a wide foot, these will not work for you.

I had Uggs size 8. And used them for a couple years. I have decided to buy a new pair but different styles. I got Kristin this time,size 8. I was so surprised that they were too tight and didn't comfortable at all. I sent them back and asked for the exchange of size 9. I am still waiting to get them. Hope they fit good once I get them. My lesson is buying shoes online without trying them on not a good idea. So wasting of my time.

Boots are nice and comfortable but fit is totally wrong and weird. Not true to size

I'm absolutely disappointed, because they are way smaller that specified size. I usually wear eu 37-38 and ordered eu 37.5, and they don't fit at all, they feel like eu 36, it hurts to have them on. Generally they are very nice looking. Color 'purple passion' is more purple and less pink, that on the photo (I like that).

I sent them back. They didn't fill my need for. A casual boot with skinny jeans. They were an awkward height. Too short and too tall for skinny jeans. They cover your ankle but ankle, but you can't really tuck in. Not nearly as comfortable as regular wide uggs.

The red ones were way too narrow and the white- I couldn't get them on- opening too narrow

I asked for Red Uggs for Christmas My Sweet husband ( Santa Claus ) Bought the short red uggs, when I tried them on I was not expecting the 1 1/2 inch heal lift I took them back Not what I was expecting The Red Color was more like a poppy red Hope to see Red uggs mid calf in your stores in the future ( real red ) Best regards Starla Thompson

Although the sleek look of the boots are great - they are far too narrow and almost impossible to get on your foot. We are exchanging them for another style. Thank you for your customer service!

Ordered a size that was too large. Sent them back with an exchange request a month ago. No exchange sent and the customer service is so backed up that you cannot even reach them. Disappointing experience.

Boots were comfy with the exception of the insole coming out. It wrinkles and makes it painful to walk in the boot. The Insole is thin and not as comfortable as expected.

I worn the boots about three times and the ripped on the side so I had to returned them.

Runs very narrow!! Had to return them. So disappointed because I love the look of them as well as the color. Uggs needs to make WIDE boots not just medium width!!!!!!!

very disappointed when the color was not more like the royal blue showed online. Called customer service, waited a long while and finally hung up. Attempted to chat online, you all too busy. So I've since sent back boot with a note. Not happy with time spent trying to reach out to you all and getting it mailed back.
