These shoes are very cute but the arch was uncomfortable for me and there was not enough cushioning in the heel area. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.

Loved these shoes but the left has persistent squeaking.

These were a big disappointment to me! I kept reading how comfortable Taos sneakers are so I tried them out. First thing I noticed was how stiff and hard the material is. I put them on and started walking and they squeaked! Unbelievable! I looked to see where they are made and discovered "make in China". Had I known that before I ordered them, I would not have ordered them. Shoes made in China are so cheaply made that I've never found them to be worth any amount of money; I will never buy shoes/boots made in China again!

These are a FULL size too short. I usually wear a 9.5wide, but ordered a 10wide and my toes bump the end. The toe box is not as deep as some sneakers, so they feel close to the top of the toes, too. Wide width is good for a C width in the toe box, which fit my foot well, but I doubt it would fit a D width.

Fit was okay but returned because need more support.

The minute I touched these, I knew they were going back. The canvas was scratchy; not pleasant to touch the shoe to put them on. The shoes also felt narrow; didn’t have an arch support whatsoever, and were in general a huge disappointment

The fabric is too stiff for me and the heel was too wide so my foot slipped out. Also ran a bit long. Not as comfortable as other Taos styles. The Ecco has more arch support, cushion and flex, so the Taos Star went back to Zappos.

I wanted to like these as they are super cute, but they were too hard and the fit was odd. I did purchase one half size larger and while they fit in the length, there was pressure on the upper part of my toes. They are also rather heavy. Bummer as they would look great with summer dresses and skirts!

No padding under ball of foot/toes. They felt like glorified converse.

The shoe was way too small. Could not make them fit. Not sure a half size larger would work.

I got a pair of these sneakers in May 2019. I LOVED them. I reordered in September and am very disappointed. Maybe they are being made in a different factory but they do not fit well. I first ordered them in my regular size. BIG BLISTERS! I ordered them in a half size up. STILL BIG BLISTERS! SO disappointed.

I always wear a 9.5 wide. This shoe was too short and too narrow. This was my first experience ordering shoes online. I should have went with my gut and bought shoes in a shoe store.

WOW. Do NOT believe the hype on these, they are wildly uncomfortable. I couldn't even walk as the canvas cut right into the top of my foot. Couldn't return them fast enough.

I love these sneaks! They break in quickly and are super comfortable.

I love TAOS sneakers. I can wear them right out of the box and they are super comfortable. My foot has kind of "lengthened" as I've gotten older and most of my shoes I've had to go up a full size, but I tried with these (going from 8 to 9) and that was too large of a jump so I got the 8.5. My toe does kind of touch the top lightly, but the 9 was just too roomy. I'm hoping I get a little stretch out of these, but I will still keep them because they are just SO comfortable to walk in. They mold nicely to my foot. I do have a narrow kind of high arched foot. I will mostly be wearing them barefoot or with super thin socks.

I love these. I had a similar pair that I actually wore out - something I’ve very rarely done! I tried another pair of Taos sneakers but came back to these. Can’t beat the comfort.

The fit and size were just right. The arch support was good. And the fabric the shoe is comprised of is very nice. The shoelaces were nice and long too.

These are cute, comfortable, and have held up well - three years and counting! I wear them to work, running errands, on trips; with jeans, shorts, casual skirts and dresses - they are very versatile.

Great all around casual sneaker. My go-to shoe for most things.

I really like Taos sneakers. They look great on your feet and feel comfortable. But you have to know the quirks of this brand. You have to order one half or even sometimes one whole size bigger. You may also choose them wide for comfort. Once I understood the quirks, I went on ordering. This particular one is my fourth pair.

Great fit and true for a wide. I love them!

Purchased cream color in my usual size 9.5 M in Vionic shoes (size 9 in Vionic flip flops) and these were perfect! Loved the arch support, which is removable, so I can use my custom orthotics as well. They were 100% comfortable right out of the box, no socks needed. The canvas is washable, and the gold eyelets are on trend.

Perfect fit.

The shoe fit fine. I just didn’t like the contrast between shoe color and laces.
