Pretty shoes, but the toe box is SO small. I tried a half size larger as the other reviews suggested, but that was too big length and width-wise for my foot overall, it's just the toe box that needs to be rounder/wider. They also have a low profile which is nice, but the insoles are huge! They are removable though so I just swapped them for my own which made the shoe fit a little better.

Overall pretty nice, but rubs my heel right away even with a sock on. So, not what I was hoping for. I have tender feet, though. Might work for someone else.

I am between a 6.5 and 7 - I wear 6.5 in some tennis shoes - and I couldn't even get my foot into this shoe. (Side note: I don't know what the arch support was since I couldn't get my foot in.

They were too flat for me. Not comfortable, plus the fabric on heel area was too high, rubbed my ankle.

I ordered two colors and the white one fit differently than the grey one.

the shoe fits true to size has notable arch support HOWEVER there is minimal cushion in the ball of the foot. it felt rock hard to me therefore i just returned. they came highly recommended but i was hugely disappointed with a rock hard sole.

shoe felt a little "heavy" for my purposes (wanted light weight walking shoe). Super cute. Canvas material is rather thick and not very flexible. Returning.

I love the looks of this shoe, however it felt stiff. I believe that these shoes tend to run narrow so order a wide if you are a M-W. If one has a wide foot then they might feel tight.

The shoe style is cute and color is great. However, the shoe insert inside the shoe is overkill and leaves not much room for your FOOT. Actually too much arch and had to loosen shoe strings a lot to get my foot in the shoe with a medium weight sock on. Shoe felt a lot more room without the insert, but then you would have NO padding & NO support. Some improvement on a smaller/thinner insert would be good.

I couldnt be more disappointed. The shoes are beautiful. However, this is my second try (and I ordered 3 pair to try on but the other two are delayed), and the fit is perfect EXCEPT the height of the front section of the shoe is too low! My entire toe top area of my foot touch the canvas and kind of rubs on it. This is my second try at TAOS, and the same thing happened last year so I had to give the shoes away. This time I ordered a larger size, but same issue. It is like the front 1/3 of the shoe is too flat in its shape.

Material was stiff, was not comfortable on my upper foot.

The shoes seem well made and I liked the look. However, the arch support is less than moderate.

Very cute shoes, but they definitely run short and I wanted a little wider fit (I ordered the W). I found them difficult to get into and returned this item.

Very cute shoe - I wanted more of beige/tan color -- this shoe was more of a beige/green color. I have several pairs of this shoe, this one was too small. Love Taos brand!

These are great shoes if you don't mind feeling every pebble in the ground! They have great arch support, come in wide, but have zero padding on the forefoot. I'm usually an 8W, but Zappos suggested I order an 8.5W - this fits like a dream. Wish they had more padding.

These are cute sneakers but I bought a half size larger after reading some other reviews, which was a mistake. The arch support was hitting my foot in the wrong place and the back of the shoes were sliding which likely would have caused blisters. The sole is thinner than I expected so these are definitely casual shoes, not meant for day-long sight seeing, which is what I was shopping for. I’ll be trying a different style of sneaker by Taos in hopes I can find a pair that will work for my walking needs.

I followed the advice to order 1/2 size larger and it was too big. I'm usually 9.5, so ordered 10. I also have feet on the narrow side of medium. If you have wider feet and are sort of 9 1/2+, a size 10 might work for you.

I loved these shoes when I first put them on but when I started walking around my heel would slip out with every step. They have good arch support and a soft footbed and are pretty cute. I am sad to have to return them.

I loved the arch support which would’ve sold me had the front and heel had even a little cushion. Very hard and uncomfortable footbed. I couldn’t keep because I knew I wouldn’t wear them.

Really cute shoes and seem to be well made. Have to return because I wear orthotics/arch support and while this shoe has removable arch-insole piece to accommodate an orthotic, that left the footbed basically flat and wouldn't be comfortable. Probably would work great for a person who doesn't wear a custom orthotic.

The shoes were very attractive and under normal circumstances I would have loved them. The problem is not with the shoe but with my feet. I have developed arthritis in my feet and my big toe and I need more room in the front part of the shoe.

I really wanted these to work, but there's just not enough room for my high volume foot. Also, I didn't find the wides to be quite wide enough. I would have dealt with that if the top of my toes hadn't been rubbing against the top of the toe, that I can't deal with.

Pro: More arch support than a typical dress sneaker. Tan is very neutral summer shoe. Con: they are soooo stiff, the canvas is not soft, and the shoes squeak when you walk. I was also not a fan of the thick shoelace (felt it made my feet look wide) but replaced it with a thinner white shoelace. Sizing note: Based on reviews I ordered a half size larger than a normal dress sneaker and am glad I did. The half size up fit correctly.

I found these on a website with a list of shoes for people with Achilles tendinitis. While the arch support was good, there was no padding in the sole and they were stiff and uncomfortable. Though the stiffness might get better with wear, the padding won’t improve, so I had to return them.

I ordered a half size up and they're still to small.
