I Have a narrow heel and even though I added a back of heel cushion (Fancy Feet Foot Petal), the shoe slipped off my heel when I walked. Too bad, the shoe is very cute and comfy.

These shoes were cute but I did not find them comfortable and retuned them

I have three other pairs of this shoe in different colors, so I was surprised to find that these shoes didn't fit the same way. They appeared to be the same size, when compared sole to sole, but my feet moved around in the shoes as I walked, which caused blisters. Cute, but I had to send them back.

Very cute shoes but didn't need to go up 1/2 size. So I have to return them.

I got so excited when I saw all of the reviews about the great arch support in these shoes. And there was great arch support. However, for me, they were hard and like walking on concrete! It was unbelievable how uncomfortably hard these were.

Didn't have my exact size, so I order a half size smaller, but wider width; was still a bit short, but WAY too wide. And the shoe looked flat when worn.

I really like this shoe but cannot tell any difference between the regular vs. wide toe box. My toes still feel cramped with a wide size. was also hoping for more arch support.

fit was a bit short. For canvas shoes, these are overpriced and not comfortable.

I wear an 8W but was advised by previous buyers’ recommendations to go a 1/2 size up and ordered an 8.5W. The shoes still feel narrow even with a 1/2 size up.

I've purchased other Taos shoes so I'm a true 10M with their brand, but these sneakers were SO narrow that I couldn't even get my foot inside the shoe. And that wasn't without warning...my mother purchased two pairs of the same sneakers and said that she had to return them because they were too narrow for her as well. Did I listen to my mom? Of course not! So I'm now waiting for the 10W to be in stock so I can see if they're a better fit.

I tried ordering these twice but they still felt really small and snug. I would order them in a larger size but the arch support felt too much/high for my foot.

these shoes are really cute but they are stiff. I purchased a pair of red Taos sneakers about 5 years ago and they felt great right out of the box. these just don’t feel comfortable. sorry to say iM returning them.

I ended up returning these for an OluKai pair I kept. The overall feel of these shoes on my feet wasn't perfect. these were my second choice.

The Taos Star unfortunately did not meet my expectations. As stated in the product description, it runs very small. I wear size 7 in most shoes, and the 7.5 was too small. The arch support insole was hard and felt uncomfortable after just a few steps around the house. I agree with other reviewers who did not care for the thick, contrast-color shoelaces. Finally, the structure of the shoe made my foot look oddly large and wide. Thanks to Zappos' generous return policy, I returned them.

Bought these because I returned the Taos Plim Soul in the same color because they pinched my little toes. These just didn't look good either. A size 8.5 made my feet look huge. Didn't pinch my toes though. Returned them and bought some Sperry's that I liked better.

Other Taos tennies have much better support. Tis felt like keds. I wear 81/2-9 and bought the 9 as it was the recommended size and the same size as my other Taos shoes. They were too big, not enough support, and I didn't like the daisy print as much as I thought I would. However, if they had fit, I might have kept them

I bought both the 7 Medium and the 7 wide. The medium was very very tight. The 7 wide is basically comfortable. I normally wear a 6 1/2 B (or medium) I sized up per the suggestion on the item listing. Glad I did.

Cute shoes but when I tried them on, I found a corn on my little toe that I didn't even know that I had. I need a wider toe box.

love the look of these but the canvas material is very stiff and i felt like it would not be comfortable long term

Really wanted to like these... Love the style, but struggled with the fit. My feet are border line wide, and I ordered the wide size, but the tongue of the shoe is stiff and rubs against the top of my feet.

I have several Taos tennis shoes and always have bought 9.5 size. these run very much smaller than others but love the plaid!

I absolutely love these shoes. However, they did not last very long. After six months of wear the front sole came unglued.

really cute shoes, not all that comfortable. Great arch support, but the upper is so stiff they are hard to get on . I have to wear socks to keep from getting blisters . They are not the easy to slip on shoes they look like

The shoes looked cute but hurt my feet which are a bit wide at the ball of the foot.

CAnt really review because i retuned them due to being too small.
