These are great! This was my 2nd pair...different color. Several reviewers mentioned sizing up but I went with my regular 9 and they are fine. I like the look and the comfort, very good for walking all day on cobblestone streets! And they look good with skirts, as well as jeans so great for travel. Zappos customer service is the very best, too!!!

Too firm in foot bed, This had excellent arch support but were not at all soft/cushioned in the foot bed. There is a way to have arch support and still have some squish/softness under your feet. This had none. I tried three different TAOS shoes and they all were the same, I cannot wear this brand apparently.

Cute as can be but it definitely runs small. Love Taos shoes for their support!

Great looking shoe. Flexible. Runs very small. I will return and reorder 1.5 sizes up.

I found going up a half size was a good idea. I ended up returning them though. I didn't like how the back sat well on my foot. My socks would bunch up and didn't feel comfortable. They are super cute, but I don't think they are for me.

Was a little worried...but am very happy. I did order 1/2size up. Color is so versatile,, will be my go to for traveling shoe.

I really need an 11 1/2 so the size of the 12 is great. These shoes are SO comfortable and cute. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sole wears out at the heel.

I really like this shoe, not as casual as a gym shoe and stylish. I have high arches and I found this brand of shoe has really good arch support. Reading the other reviews I went with a wide but same size I typically wear and they fit fine.

I really like this shoe but they run small.. I am returning and purching another pair 1/2 size bigger..

Bought these very cute sneakers as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Ordered a half-size up and the fit was fine but they were too similar to a Teva sneaker she already owned so I'll be returning them. I do want to mention the condition of the shoe box. It looked like it already had taken a few rough trips around the world. Hardly in gift-giving condition! Thanks for your generous return policy but I did wonder how many houses it had visited before arriving at mine.

Cute shoes, good arch support but the soles are a little hard. I wear a wide and the 9w fit my foot well.

These shoes were really adorable and had very nice arch support, but overall the materials were just too stiff to wear for a long period of time. I went a half size up and still felt that the top was slightly snug (which may have stretched out over time), but I knew that if I went any larger they would be huge on me. Not meant to be! Had to return.

These are really cute shoes and look great on. The material seems a little rigid, and they run small. I'm ordering a 1/2 size up and hope they'll fit. I wear a custom orthodic usually, but the arch support seems good enough in these that I may not need it. Great shoes!

Originally ordered my normal 8.5, but my toes were quite cramped. Order half a size up with the 9 and these shoes fit perfectly. They're a little stiff till you wear them in, but the arch support is absolutely amazing. Depending on the brand, I wear Medium to Wide, and these were great in a Medium. The grey is even more gorgeous in person - definitely considering buying another color as well.

I am returning these shoes. I think I'm in between sizes and that the next size up would be too big. The large laces don't bother me as much as other reviewers have pointed out. They definitely have an arch, maybe too much for me.

I am grateful that I read several reviews on these shoes. I wear a 7.5 and they suggested going up a size and so I ordered an 8, it was perfect. Doesn’t look too big on my feet either. I like the look, feel and the toe room is all great.

Nice Shoe, just was too small

The only thing I would change is I wish the toe box was a bit higher. These are a very comfortable alternative to sneakers and hiking shoes.

I received these in the tan color and loved them right out of the box. I have wide feet and ordered a wide size, but they were still quite tight....even after loosening the laces. They had to go back. Be aware that this wide size just didn’t measure based upon other wide shoes I’ve purchased. They did have e ccellent arch support and are very stylish and attractive.

Make no mistake, this is a great shoe. Felt true to size for me. Good arch support BUT I need a bit more cushion at ball of my foot for all day wear, so sadly these went back. But I would still recommend them!

These are super cute but run a half to full size small. I am normally between a 9 or 9.5 but read reviews that indicated these run small, so I ordered a 10. They fit well, but with no extra room in the toe.

I had trouble finding quality canvas shoes in wide. These fit well and are reasonably well made for the price.

These are a cute style, with more arch support than I expected -- still not enough support for my very high arches, but more support than most shoes in a similar style. The insole is removable so I also tried replacing it with my orthotics. I ended up returning it because it was a bit tight in the toes and my heel slipped (but I have very narrow heels so that's a common problem for me). I would still recommend others give these shoes a try though!

I loved this shoes except the wide was jut not wide enough for me.

Loved the support for the arch. Needed to tie tighter than I like to prevent the heel from slipping.
