I ordered these shoes a size larger than I wear in flats, but about the same as I wear in tennis shoes or sneakers. I love the arch support and the ability to wear a comfortable shoe that has some style.

This is my favorite tennis shoe. I have three pair and the support and wear is great. I do spray them with Scotchguard when I first get them so that I can wipe off any dirt easily. They are stylish with jeans and leggings and I can be on my feet all day without any issues.

Ooooo, these shoes! I could sleep in them. The cushion and arch support are SO GOOD. A little narrow, but getting better with wear.

I have narrow feet. I typically need a dress shoe in 10 AAA. These are wonderful! Great arch support, looks and they run narrow!!!! I have worn these shoes nearly every day since I bought them, which was 9 months ago. I cannot say enough about these shoes. You can wear them for long periods of time with no issues. I bought another pair! And as soon as the grey come back in stock, I'll get those too. These are my BEST fitting shoe.

I love these shoes! They are super comfortable and the arch bed is great for my high arches. They seemed a bit narrow, but I dealt with it because the arch support is what I look for in a shoe like this. Have wearing them a few times, they didn’t feel narrow anymore. Must have broke them in. They are great!

I wore these to death and would order the exact same shoes again. I do A LOT of walking, and these shoes did what I needed them to do: look good in a business casual setting, and support my feet comfortably for miles.

I haven't tried on the grey pair I newly ordered, but I have this same sneaker in a different color and love them. As a someone who pronates (a lot) but also prefers to feel a little bit of the ground beneath me, these sneakers hit the perfect balance for me. The arch support helps regulate my pronation but does not make me feel like my feet are wearing braces. The cushioning is sufficient for a general day (the heel padding is a little light, which I prefer, but that might mean that those with heavy heel-strikes shouldn't wear them for long walks on paved surfaces). Over all, my favorite sneakers in years. Comfortable, cute, and a good balance between support and a flexible sole. If my budget allowed me to buy one in every color, just in case Taos stops making them, I would do it.

These do run a half size small, so order up. That said, I LOVE these shoes so much I ordered another pair - the ones with the peace signs ??

I ordered a 9 and the 9.5 ended up feeling more comfortable with and without socks. I wear a 39 in Birkenstocks but for running shoes I usually order a 9.5 as well. So my advice - order a half size up. Other than that, the style and comfort are bueno.

I'm basing my answer regarding "size" based on the first ones I received. This shoe runs about 1/2 size small. So I requested an exchange for a half size larger, and I LOVE them! Very comfortable with no "breaking in" and also a great looking shoe! I also want to thank Zappos for making the exchange so quick and easy. All it took was a phone call and a conversation with a very friendly yet professional service representative who emailed me a shipping label. I printed it out and shipped the too-small shoes, and received my exchange the very next day! Awesome customer service!! Thank you, Zappos!!

I have bad feet, and I need a good arch. These are perfect! I have three pair, and I have worn them to travel and walk a lot (in NYC and in Europe). I can wear them with jeans or with a casual dress. I highly recommend them!

I ordered both my normal size and a half size up. Definitely needed the half size larger. They are cute and super comfortable. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm completely thrilled with these shoes! Between my plantar fasciitis & a fungal infection on my toe, the only shoes I could wear were my sandals & it's too cold for that in the North West. Also, I'm VERY impressed with Zappos service & will definitely be buying from them again.

I usually wear an 8.5 and ordered the 9. They fit perfect and are a true medium width, in my opinion. Converse are too narrow for me and these are a cute alternative with way more support.

These are some of the best shoes I’ve ever owned. I only like four pairs of them. If I could justify buying them in more colors, I would. They are fabulous!

This is my second pair of these shoes. They are really cute and have good arch support. I do need to wear socks that come up a little higher on my ankle to protect from rubbing, as the back of the shoe is a little stiff. However, with the right sock, these are super comfortable and I can walk in them all day with no problem.

I recently ordered my second pair of the Taos Stars. I have a high arch and usually wear an orthotic insert, but don't need to wear it when I wear these. They are super comfortable out of the box and are pretty cute, too. I usually wear a 7, but wear an 8 in Taos. Love them.

love these shoes! Color is perfect - not too grey, not too brown, just a lovely combination. Like that the laces are off white. Very comfy and stylish!! Def need to order at least 1/2 size up.

STAR: Pink Wash Canvas This shoe slips in the heel for me but 98% of shoes do! I wore it the first time all day long and had no rub areas. It's a keeper!
