I opened the box, put the shoes on, wore them all day at work and into the evening; and didn’t think about my feet once. Because they are so comfortable! I have an older pair in the regular width which was just a little narrow for my slightly wide feet, so I was happy to find that a wider width was available. Will be putting miles on these!

As others have mentioned, these shoes run small. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5. I ordered a 9.5 and a 10; I returned the 9.5. That being said, I LOVE these shoes! I have several foot problems: bunions, mid-foot arthritis, high arches that need support.... I put these on and wore them all day, 8,000 steps the first day, no issue. I hate to take them off at night to put on my slippers! I wish some of the fun colors would come in the Wide - I would buy more!

I have been searching for cute shoes for work with good arch support and had such a hard time. I kept coming across the Taos brand and I finally gave them a try. I couldn’t be happier with these shoes. They are so cute and stylish for my casual work environment and best of all they have really good arch support! I have high arches and many back problems and these shoes helps get through the day more comfortably than most other shoes I own. They were a little tight to get on the first time, but the size felt right and I wore them all day with no problems. I will definitely be looking for more Taos shoes!! I usually wear 7.5 and that fit me perfectly in this shoe.

Love Taos and the Star is no exception. Highly recommend.

These are my second pair or Taos star shoes. They fit my big feet perfectly, with just the right arch support. I think they are super cute with jeans without looking bulky or oversized.

These run a little small and I had go up 1/2 a side. They have great arch support and didn't need a break in period. I might get a second pair in a different color as I like them so much.

I read a lot of reviews and decided to size up .5 size and they fit perfect. I also like a wider width so I ordered a wide width. There is some arch support which was one of the reasons I ordered these shoes. Love the washed looked and they are super cute with jeans.

I was really excited about getting these shoes after reading all of the reviews. I love the look of this shoe, but it just isn't a good fit for my very flat feet. The arch support hit my foot in a bad spot, making them too uncomfortable for me. I also tried them with super feet insoles that made them more comfortable, but no so comfortable that I could walk any distance in them. I did order a half size up which is recommended, but that still didn't help. Although Taos makes cute shoes, apparently, after trying two different styles of Taos sneakers, are not a good fit for my foot. If you can wear Taos, this might be the shoe for you. They also come with a second contrasting pair of laces which was a nice touch. It's a shame that they didn't work with my feet.

I usually wear a size 8 1/2 medium width. After reading the reviews which mentioned the narrowness of the shoe I decided to purchase a wide width since it was an option. Very glad I did, as they are perfect and seem more like a medium width to me. I did however have to return the first pair because the size 8 1/2 was too short. I sized up to a 9 W and they're perfect. The arch support is better than I would of expected in a sneaker of this style.

LOVE these shoes! Bought them to wear with my dark denim jacket and they are a perfect match in color. The style is great! I feel very on trend when wearing them. They are super comfortable without socks. I have not gotten any blisters and have worn them several times, for several hours each. Didn't do a ton of walking in them but so far, so good! Definitely recommend!! Be sure to buy a full size up!!

Wow, the arch support is almost too much, but I’m getting used to it. Think Chacos- that’s how much arch support. Love the look of these and the colors.

I adore these sneakers! I have wide feet and need decent arch support - and these fit the bill! The color options are great and I'm so hoping Taos puts this style out in red (for wide width!)

As others had said, these run small. I generally take a 9 or 9.5. I ordered both a 9.5 and a 10, both in Wide. The 9.5 did fit but were just a little cramped around the toes. The 10 fits perfectly! I have bunions and mid-foot arthritis and need good arch support. These are wonderful!

I took everyone's advice and bought a half size larger and was glad I did. The larger size fit correctly. The sole seemed much more substantial and well made than the Keds I am replacing that the sole had started separating.

I love these shoes-I usually have foot pain with shoes & sneakers but I absolutely LOVE these! Super cute for spring/summer outfits too

Nice neutral tan that will go with lots of things. Excellent arch support for this kind of shoe. Cute; somehow the fat laces break up the face of the shoe so that my honking 11W feet look smaller. Off-white laces and rand are a plus. Other similar-style shoes with a stark white rand gave those 11W a clown-shoe effect.

These cute sneakers fit my wide feet nicely, and they're so cute!

I read the reviews and were spot on about being 1/2 size smaller. Love the look I will enjoy wearing them this summer!

I am in between a 10-1/2 and an 11 and these are good for me, just a tiny bit big. They have nice arch support and are really cute.

These shoes are really cute and stylish! I usually buy only Vionic for the support but I thought I'd try these. They have such good arch support. It took me a full week to get used to the arch support. I had to wear them a few hours each day because they made me sore but I have many leg and back problems. But these shoes align my hips and back and I can tell they are going to be great supportive shoes. I'm so glad I found TAOS! I would recommend them.

I was searching for a cute walking shoe to talk with me to Peru. I found these, bought a pair and tried them out a couple days at work. I walk a lot from my house to the train, to work, and back everyday, so a good walking shoe is important to me. I got awesome compliments from coworkers, and they are so comfortable on my feet! I have rather flat feet and these shoes have great arch support leaving me with little to no foot, calf, or lower back pain like other flats or work tennies would. I love these shoes and can’t wait to wear them more! I may even consider a second pair.

Great walking shoe! I really put these to the test by wearing them straight out of the box during a long weekend in NYC. 20k steps each day with no problems! Super comfy!

The fit was perfect as was the size. However they are a little pricy compared with other canvas shoes.
