The soles started separating earlier this year and continued to the point now where I can't walk in the rain, which is one of the main reason I buy these shoes! I had the same issue with my previous pair of the same model shoe, they started separating after a year of use! I assumed I was unlucky and had a defective pair but was completely dismayed when my new pair began doing the same thing after 6 months, refer image 1 and 2! I'm a fan of the Salomon shoe's this is my 3 pair of XA pro's. I still have my first pair, which are 5+ years old, which i continue to wear to do the gardening. The sole has stayed intact on them, as can be seen in the 3rd image green shoes. The 4th images is of my second pair, which I had repaired by a cobbler. Unfortunately, I didn't realise at the time I had a 2 year warranty. The last image is a further shot of 3rd pair of shoes Really disappointed and frustrated by the poor construction and quality of these shoes, considering their cost and consumer market they are targeted at!!
