This shoe runs big and a little wide. Nice shoe overall. Toe is a little pointier than I wanted

I returned it for a smaller size.

So, seemed half a size larger than normal size. Will send back. Trying to decide if I want to try a half size smaller. Didn't like how they were shipped in a plastic bag. Box is all banged up.

I had to send these back. I was sad because they are super cute, but they were just too small. I am going to try a size up, hopefully that will work.

I expected a little more of a heel on this shoe, but it was too flat for my foot. Was also just a bit long, but going down a half size would have made it too small. There was also a small amount of toe cleavage. Except for these small problems, it would have been a great shoe.

This was not a comfortable shoe for me. The regular size I wear was cramped in the toes, especially across the area above the toes. The leather was stiff and made walking, while not painful, didn’t feel right.

I love the stiff last and well-engineered insole on these shoes. Amazing support for a flat. They were just a bit snug on me and the next half size up was not available.

I debated about whether to keep these but I decided to go ahead and keep them since I have been on a long quest to find a comfortable work shoe since I am starting to develop a bunion. Most of the comfy shoes that I have tried are just too unattractive for work and I care too much about that to settle for an ugly shoe for comfort. So - these are quite comfortable for bunions but they do pinch slightly in the toes but I am hoping they stretch a bit and it is not too bad.

The shoes looked lovely, but they cut hard across my toes. Maybe I'm just not used to pointy toed shoes, but my feet are not shaped like that.

These are beautiful shoes; it looks like you're wearing heels, but you have the comfort of wearing flats. The problem seems to be with Rockport's sizing - I swear that their 8.5's are just a little larger than they should be, but their 8's feel too small. I wanted to like these so bad that I kept them, but they slip off my heel, and by the end of the day my ankles are all torn up. YMMV.

Ordered an eight and an 8 ½ in this shoe. Neither shoe fit my foot well. The eight was cramped in the toe box and the 8 ½ slipped on my heel and there was a gap on the side of the shoe in both sizes when I walked in them. Good-looking shoes just not right for me.

These were attractive but I couldn't keep them on my feet. The heel kept coming out.

Ordered a 9.5 wide. Loved how they look on my feet, however they were too short in the toe area and slipped on my heels. They also rubbed against my bunions and I could tell that they would hurt after a short time of wearing them. Bummer. Beautifully made shoes - just not for me.

These were a beautiful flat but just a bit too narrow through the toe for me, which happens sometimes with pointy toe shoes depending on the cut. I thought about sizing up to see if it improved the fit, but the arch support was lacking. There was a little bit of a squishy insole but not enough to be comfortable on my feet all day. If you want a pretty pair of shoes though and you don’t stand all day these may work for you. Construction of the shoe and the leather quality were excellent.

Ouch! I am trying so hard to make these flats my go-to for work, but I don’t know if I’ll make it. They are beautiful and have a seriously comfortable foot bed. However, the heal of the shoe is a rough material and rubs at my heel even with a gel insert in back. The size is also a bit odd. I slip out of my normal size (6) but am crunched in half size smaller (5.5). Wasn’t too sure what do make of that..so I rolled with the 6, got some heel insert to help with the size and rough heel, but after wearing them for half day, my toes are sore and my heels are getting blisters..and I sit at a desk! I’m REALLY hoping these shoes just need to be broken in because I love the style and foot bed so much.

These shoes are cute and timeless, and I would have definitely kept these if they fit me correctly. While the toebox fit me correctly (I ordered a wide width), the rest of the shoe was too wide for me, but if I go down to a medium width then the toebox will be too tight for me. On top of that, I was also getting toe cleavage with these shoes (although to be fair I'm starting to think I have long toes since I seem to be getting toe cleavage with shoes that aren't a problem for anyone else). Sadly, I had to return them.

I liked the style, and the comfort was fine, even the pointed toe didn't bother me. What I didn't like about this shoe was the heel has a plastic bottom, and it is seems slippery . Otherwise, I would keep this shoe.

Opening cuts across my bunions, so these will have to go back. Always a bit tricky to find shoes that work for bunion feet; Zappos quick service makes that process much easier.

Felt large. might have been comfy had it been properly sized. but seemed to address heel slippage and cushion in the shoe with padding and such.
