These are very comfortable flats! They have a great cushioned insert, and just felt a half size smaller (I am usually a 7.5 but exchanged for an 8 because my toes were cramped) and the 8 fits perfectly.

Really nice looking good quality shoe, dressy, but versatile. i usually wear 7.5 or 8, and the 7.5 was perfect fit, 8 was too big. Nice padded foot bed. I'm going to get alot of wear out of these.

This shoe is great, fit's me good and very comfortable, might get another pair!

I had to go up a half size in these shoes for them to fit. Super cute! Would go with dresses or jeans.

I am very impressed with these shoes. They look much more expensive than they are and very elegant. This is one of the few flats that doesn’t pinch my feet. They are also well padded and seem like they will be very comfortable for dress flats. All they are missing is some arch support. Overall I would highly recommend these.

I love these shoes so much I bought 2 pair. They are simple and have good arch support (for a flat). These shoes are a staple in my work wardrobe.

I would have loved to have kept these shoes - they were comfortable, and a great low-key style for wearing with either work trousers or a skirt. Unfortunately the size 5 was too big; If they came in a 4.5 or 4 I would have been ecstatic.

This shoe is beautiful. I would have gotten it, but it was slipping at the heel a bit for me, but wasn't a full half size off, so going down in size would have been too tight. Buy if you think you can get the right size. It really is a lovely shoe.

I debated whether to order the 9W or 8.5W - given taper at toe went with the 9W. Toe box felt fine, but the heel cup was too wide and my feet were slipping out of the cup. So have returned and may reorder the 8.5W. The shoe itself is well constructed and the comfort technology is visible. Just be aware if you tend to run wide and flex between two sizes.

Love these shoes! My new fall favorites! My foot runs a little narrow, so the other complaints about the toe box have not been the case for me. Great looking shoe and super comfortable.

I ordered the 6W (always have to order 6.5 sizes with bunions issues) and was so excited to see they fit! They hit my bunion just a little but not enough to not wear on stage! I preform with the symphony and can never find dress shoes that fit my small wide bunion mess of feet!

I bought these in 2 colors - Black Suede and Merlot Patent. I also got a pair of very similar looking Trotters Estee as well. I got a 7W in all of these. I sometimes wear 7.5W shoes, and sometimes 7M, but since I won't be wearing socks, the smaller of my range of sizes seemed best. Surprisingly, the Rockport Adelyn Ballet in Black Suede pair feel just a bit too short on my foot to be comfortable, although the Merlot Patent pair fit perfectly, and so did the Trotters pair as well. I suspect that may be why the Black Suede ones are significantly less expensive than the other colors. I like the feel of the Rockports as well as the Trotters, though each brand has slightly different cushioning inside. All of the shoes are flexible enough for walking, have cushioning and some arch support inside, and look very cute on. These will be my first flats in probably 20 years, as I have very finicky feet and health issues that make supportive and comfortable shoes a must. I have a very few pairs of very chunky and rather frumpy shoes that I usually wear with jeans and casual outfits. However, I decided I wanted some nicer options for dressier occasions, even if can't walk for miles in them. Sometimes you want to look good to go out to dinner. These will be a good way for me to finally wear a skirt without having to wear my clunky sandals, or worse, my supportive sneakers or boots, ruining the outfit. I will be returning the Black Suede Rockports, as I can tell after just a few minutes, my toes and heel are feeling some pressure already. Sale or no sale, I just cannot fit properly in these. However, I will likely end up keeping the other two pairs. Overall, this is a well designed flat shoe, has a cute, classic style, has decent comfort features, but sizing can vary between color options, so choose carefully. If you get the Black Suede, consider a half size up from the smaller length size in your range of sizes. If you get the Merlot Patent, the smaller of your length sizes should work for you.

I ordered my usual wide size but they still felt narrow in the toe box. Really cute shoes and good cushioning at heel and foot pad.

Cute, very basic design. Toe appears very pointy when on. Not supportive, which is not surprising for a flat, but thought possibly Rockport would be different. I feel abd not being more enthusiastic, as most Rockvort shoes are awesome. The vamp, though higher than most, still cuts across bunions. If you don't have this particular issue, would be a good wardrobe staple.

Thought these were cute...still haven’t worn them because I am not sure they will be comfortable.

These shoes are soooo pretty and comfortable. They look very classy on. Unfortunately I am returning as the toe box is a little flat.

I ordered the bronze shoe with the gold heel; it is gorgeous. Elegant, sassy, lovely. The insole is nice and cushy. But I have short, duck-shaped feet, and only put one shoe on. It pinched my toes (too narrow) and collapsed on the sides (too long? too wide in the sides? or a product of being too narrow and my foot is pushing on the side wall? Not sure what causes that). Just don't fit my funky feet. I didn't even unwrap the other one. Heartbreaking, but back they go.

Beautiful shoe but much too stiff at the widest part of my foot. Unfortunately, I need to return because they are too painful on my odd foot.

I tried the 9 W and these. The W was too big, and these were too tight. Trying again with the 8.5 W, because I really like how they look.

Great pair of flats and perfect for the office in the spring! Even my massively wide feet fit into them and I'm impressed with how sturdy they are. I did have to buy the heel cushions so that my shoes don't pop off and they fit perfectly! I highly recommend!

Why don't all shoes have sneaker insoles?! These are classy-looking and very comfortable. Love the pointed toe. I found these to be truer to size than the Rockport heels. I usually wear a 5.5-6 M and the 5.5 M is perfect.
