Nice looking shoe. I have very sensitive toes and order a 9M instead of the usual 8 1/2 M. Everything was ok - the length was good but the toe box felt a little tight so I ordered the 9W. It was huge - it felt at least a whole size larger and they were so loose I could not keep my feet in them. I thought about ordering the 8 1/2 W but I was afraid they would be too short. I've kept the 9M shoes and I'm hoping they stretch a bit in the toe box.

Loved the shoes but had to return them as they cut across a bunion. If the front came up a fraction higher I could have kept them. Otherwise, they fit like a glove and seemed to have great support and comfort. But the search goes on.

It's a cute flat! Unfortunately, the 5 W was too big (walked right out of it) and the 5 M was too narrow and felt a bit short. Too bad, I have other Rockport shoes (heels) and they are stylish and comfortable.

I love these shoes! They are beautiful. I normally wear between 7.5 and 8 and had to go with the 7.5 on this. The 8 ran a little large. I don't have any other pointy toe shoes and these may take a little getting accustomed to. The toe box is not too bad. It may take a little time to break them in. I'm hoping they will work and break in well as they are so attractive.

I adore the style, but have to admit that with my bunions and hammertoes, pointed shoes are no longer in my future. I ordered both the 9W and the 8.5W. If I could take the width of the 9 and length of the 8.5, I would have the perfect fit. Both pairs are going back. The Zappos team has been wonderful throughout.

I loved these shoes, and I am hooked on the Rockport Total Motion line for my wide feet. But...they aren’t cheap and I decided that some other Rockports with a less pointy toe are just a tad more comfortable, so back these go. If I could afford it, I would keep 3 different styles in this brand!

I bought these for work and to change into at my standing desk. They have very little support and I can’t see walking in them on pavement for any extended period of time, but they’re great office shoes and look really cute. Tiny heel dresses it up a bit. I normally wear kitten heels, so flats are new to me. But overall satisfied.

Very cute shoes with the perfect amount of heel (not completely flat like a ballet shoe). They go with everything. I'm a 10W and ordered such. They felt short and tight in the toe box (given they're leather this would have stretched out as my other shoes have). I couldn't order an 11 because they were out of stock.

I thought these were really cute online. Ordered my regular size, (I like Rockport)...these were way too big and more pointy than I would like. My search continues!

A little loose on R foot so I’m would have Tom put a pad in it to keep my foot from slipping out with every step - not a function of shoe but of my foot as my right foot is slightly shorter than left. Shoe is beautiful with the added surprise of the gold heel. I decided to keep the other flats, Vionics, as they are very comfortable & well made for someone with major foot problems. But if I had hadnt already received the Vionics, I would have definitely chosen these!

These look nice. Simple, professional, polished. Unfortunately walking in them is weird because the shoes gap hugely along the sides with every step, like they are super wide? I'm not sure what the issue with the fit is to cause this. Also to note that they are rather loud for flats. The sound of the heel strike reminds me of the sound men's dress shoes make. I had to send back because of the gapping fit--just didn't feel right.

I found these shoes to be pretty comfortable overall! I had to wear them all day as a bridesmaid at 26 weeks pregnant and while no shoe will really be without some discomfort in that situation, these were as close to "comfy" as I could ask for. Worked well on my wide foot (made wider by pregnancy) and I only needed to add a thin heel grip to the back to keep my feet from popping out. I purchased the burgundy and gold colored pair and the bride loved the color of them with the dresses.

The most comfortable flat I’ve ever worn. Looks as professional as heels, and has built in cushions for the heel and ball of foot so I can be in them all day for interview season.

These shoes fit well (true to size) and are pretty. I am a teacher and could wear them all day the first wearing. They did hurt at the end of the day, but only because I have arthritis in my feet. I think they are stylish and practical.

I really wanted to love these shoes. The bottoms were so cushiony but the other parts of the shoe just ate my foot up. They were just not for me.

These ran large by about a half size - I'm usually 5.5 M in most flats and these were easily 1 whole size too big in a 6 (5.5 was sold out, I was feeling optimistic). I was looking for a workhorse basic black flat with a twist, but the cushioning and arch support weren't what my high arches and recovering hip joint need.

The cut of the shoe exposed most of my toes. And it was a bit too big - just enough to cause blisters. I did return this shoe. Not for my fat, wide, short foot. Very well made shoe. Wish it had the metal heal, the black calf does not.

Normal size felt much too small; have ordered 1/2 and 1 full size larger, hopefully one of those will work. The shoe itself feels like it would be very comfortable. Lots of padding. With a little bit of a heel, it may not be a "true" flat, but I think it looks and styles as a flat.

Toe box was a bit too small for me. I probably should have expected that with the pointy toe. If you have shorter toes it should work fine for you. Comfortable other than that, and had nice cushioned insole.

Very cute shoe. It fits a little strangely, with the toe box widening too much and then suddenly becoming too snug at the tip. I buy pointy shoes all the time so I am used to them being, well, pointy where my toes are, but these feel different -- a little too much difference in fit between the ball of my foot and the toes. Nevertheless, I'm keeping them because they are super cute and the fit doesn't bother me that much.

Great construction, quality product. Sadly the toe box was a bit small to being truly comfortable. Also, slightly large in the heel.

I wear a 10.5 or 11. I ordered a 10.5 but my toes were squished, so I sized up to the 11. Much better. The shoes buckle out on the sides when I bend my foot walking, but I'm not sure this can be avoided in a flat of this style. These are basic shoes - nothing terribly fancy or unique - but the pointed toe looks dressy and I've already received a compliment. They look good with ankle-length pants.

I ordered the merlot patent, size 8, my usual size. They fit perfectly, and were so soft, cushy and comfortable. The pointed toe looked beautiful and fancy and the patent merlot color was beautiful (I was going for burgundy, and it was a little lighter than true burgundy and I just loved it.) I did not love the gold heel. I have seen the gold heel on many shoe styles lately and I just did not like it at all. I am a high school teacher and wanted to wear these at school with tan pants, but they are too fancy and the gold was so distracting. I returned them and bought Dr. Scholl's glowing flats in burgundy from 6pm. These are super pretty and if you want them in a fancier work or casual setting than a high school, then you will probably love them! The pointy toe is perfect and they are soooo comfortable.

I am usually between a size 10 and 11 (41 or 42 in Euro sizing). I ordered this shoe in 10 1/2, but it was too snug. I'm returning for a size 11. I don't have bunions; I take a medium width (neither wide nor narrow.) My feet get cold very easily, so I'll need some sort of (no-show) sock with these, which is another reason I'm going up half a size.
