I got the 7W, and they were a half size (at least) too big. They were gorgeous though, and they looked like they'd be really comfy if they fit me.

I ordered my normal 6.5W but these shoes were way to tight in the toe box. I thought the point of "W" is that they were wide. Very disappointing. I'll try a half size up. I'm still giving these a 5 star rating as they are beautiful shoes.

I got these heels for an interview. For what they are, I'd say that they're comfortable. Wide size provides extra room for my bunions, but toe box still a little narrow because of the pointy toe. I ordered a bunch of other pairs, and these were the only ones that fit both my left and right foot. Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the width (options). Would've been great if they'd been available in D or WW width.

Very comfortable pump. Good cushioned insole, rubber group on the sole. I liked it so much I bought another pair in another color!

I'd been looking for a pair of classic low-heeled pumps to replace a favorite pair I wore out, and these are 10 times more comfortable than my old ones. I love the cushioning and the non-slip sole. It's about time someone made a comfortable, practical, stylish pump!

These shoes are wonderful! I am a size 2N and it is very difficult to find narrow shoes, especially ones that fit this comfortable. The style is perfect, the heel an excellent height for those of us with foot issues. I did find that this shoe runs a bit short and ordered the next half size up.

These shoes run small. I normally wear a 9 but those were so tight on my foot. I'm returning these and will try the 9.5.

Wow! I basically live in flats with my wide feet, however I found this shoe to be extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the heel wasn't high enough for my mother-of-the-bride dress, so I ended up returning it.

Opened my eyes to a different level of comfort for heels. I'll be buying several more pairs from this brand.

This is a nice looking shoe, but seems to run about 1/2 size small(short). I wear 10.5 narrow in just about every shoe I own, but these were too short. My toes were butting the end. I may try ordering the 11N if they are in stock.

Great shoes! I went through so many different pairs before finding some that are both stylish and comfortable. These fit my wide feet, aren't too high, and have a nice soft insole.

Freaking LOVE these pumps! I walk to and from the train (~7 minutes each way) and usual wear just flats or casual shoes. But I really missed wearing heels. These shoes exceeded all my expectations. They are soft, comfortable, and WALKABLE! I can walk to and from the train with no issues and no blisters. I wear a size 9.5 and found these true to size. I also don't have any issues with toe cleavage, which can be a problem for us with larger shoe sizes. I ordered the Warm Taupe Calf and it looks lovely with my medium skin tone. It does scuff quite a bit, but a little leather conditioner helped tremendously.

I love the look of this shoe. Unfortunately I have to return it because I wear a size 7.5 medium and these are too tight. I originally ordered a 7.5 wide and they were too large and I was stepping out of the shoe. I have wide feet so wearing a pointed toe must be a problem for me. Beautiful shoe but not made for my foot.

I absolutely love this shoe. I ordered the 7.5 W and I am returning the shoes for a 7 W because it runs a little large for me. My daughter got the same shoe in a 6.5 W and she also had to go down a half size. This is probably the most comfortable and beautiful shoes I have ever worn.

This is a good shoe. I've managed to scuff it a bit from wear, but really it holds up well. I'm super picky about comfort, but this hit the mark for a comfort and stylish shoe for me.

I needed a pair of comfortable shoes for a wedding. I bought these in the leather and worn them all evening in complete comfort! I found the Kalila to run true to size with great padding in the foot feed and nice arch support for a high heel. I tried several other heels (Cole Haan, Pelle Moda) that had a little more "style" with pointier toes and thinner heels, but I went with comfort and good, not great style. I purchased a suede pair and found them even more comfortable then the leather. I think Rockports are my new "go to" heel!

I love this shoe. It is fashionable and extremely comfortable. I ordered it in wide. It is the perfect fit. You may want to go up a half of a size ....it runs a little small.

I was really surprised at how comfortable these shoes were. They felt less like a heel and more like a flat. They are well made and super comfortable. Lots of support. I would buy them again in another color.

I love these shoes. They are like a sneaker disguised as a heel! I wear an 8.5 to a 9 and sometimes need wide so I was unsure of what to order. I bought these in an 8.5W and the natural ones in a 9. The 8.5 W was perfect.
