These shoes are great. I normally wear an 8B, but the 8W was perfect as another reviewer suggested.

I measure a 6 1/2 but went by the ZAPPOS suggested size based on my other purchases and ordered this in a 7W. Too long, though the width was perfect. Very comfortable and attractive shoe, but I was stepping out of it. I will often buy a half size larger to compensate for possible swelling, but this was way too long. My suggestion: Order whatever size you typically wear. It runs true to size.

These are beautiful shoes, but I didnt realize they were pointy toes when I ordered them. I think most women would love them and they are comfortable but just not for me. Thank you Zappos, for understanding people like me :)

I absolutely love the fit. I have the same style in the higher heel but I love the height of these. I love that they are available in a wide width. Just perfect. I have a small foot that’s kind of wide for some styles (5.5) and this shoe is exactly what I wanted. I like a low or a mid-high heel with jeans so these are perfect. Really comfortable too. I highly recommend them.

Great padding, nicely shaped heel. Nice basic black patent pump...but more comfortable.

I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly.Very comfortable shoes, cushioned at the right places, perfect for someone who typically doesnt like high heels but still wants a dressy pointy toe shoe.

These shoes fit perfectly and felt comfortable immediately! After losing a significant amount of weight, my foot size got smaller too! I am almost a 9 1/2 W but some shoes are still too long. This shoe fits perfectly and I am very happy with it.

I have been on a search to find a comfortable kitten heel. I love wearing heels, but as a science teacher, I’m on my feet all day. I thought a kitten heel would do the trick. Unfortunately it took me trying several brands before I hit on these. They are definitely THE most comfortable. I can easily wear them all day long. Echoing other reviewers, my only word of caution is to watch the width. Although I am normally a medium width, I found them to be too narrow. A wide width did the trick.

I wear a size 6. I ordered a 6W bc of all the reviews that said the toe was tight. They fit perfectly and are the most comfortable dress shoe I’ve ever worn. Thx Zappo’s!!!

Love this shoe. Have it in both black and navy. Very comfortable and still classy looking. Did need to go up a half size in the black.

I purchased this kitten heel for my youngest daughter and was so impressed with the way it looked I ordered it for myself. Black patent leather is Very comfortable and Stylish. I would like to purchase this in black suede too. Love the ease of shopping through Zappos with next day delivery.

I did not find these ran small - if anything, the opposite. How much do I love Zappos? I had my choice of 3 brands of black patent leather pumps, delivered the next day no less!

Super comfortable and stylish. Nice and stable even with the tiny kitten heel. The pointed toe makes them feel contemporary. They also fit my custom heel/arch orthotics and are comfortable with or without them.

Exactly what I needed. I ordered the taupe color and size 8 1/2. I normally wear an 8, but sized a half size up in case my feet swell from being on them all day.

Ok so it took some effort but I'm happy with the outcome. I initially ordered this a half size smaller (a 5 vs. my normal 5 1/2), based on the recommendation I saw on this site (I guess from Rockport). But this was too tight. So I tried my normal size 5 1/2. I really liked the look of the shoe but after it sat in my closet for a couple of weeks I realized I was not looking forward to wearing the shoes as the toes felt tight. SO - I went back on Zappos site and saw people's recommendations that, because it is a pointy toe, should go UP in size. I ordered a size 6 and I am now happy!!

I’ve been searching and searching for just the right patent leather pump. Finally these arrived and were perfect! The fit was just right, and the heel is just perfect. Now, I’m ready for the holiday parties!

These pumps are by far, hands down, the most comfortable pump I have ever owned. I wear heels daily and have many different brands. I wore the beige calf ones to my son's wedding and I was on my feet for at least 14 hours! Much of that time was spent on the dance floor! I did not think about my feet at all, because these shoes are awesome. Soft leather, highly cushioned inside and soft rubber-type outer sole. Non slip grip. I have terrible trouble with my feet-- they are wide-- but these shoes are fabulous! I ordered a 6.5 WIDE.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit because of a bunion. So I look for wide shoes and only low keys. These are stylish and comfortable.

It’s very comfortable. I’m glad rockport makes 5.5 W size. Most of others don’t I ordered two because it’s hard to find shoes with style and comfort in my size. And I ordered one more for my mother in-law she has size 5. Thank you Rockport to make this good shoes.

Bought these for my wife as a gift...she LOVED it. Comfortable and classy. Well made.

I love the shoes - however, they have obviously been worn. Both are scuffed on the side and back. Very disappointing, as this is the first time Zappos has let me down. I needed the shoes for an event tomorrow evening - so, am going to try to hide the scuffs with black shoe polish, since I don’t have time to get another pair. Next time I will definitely plan better - so I don’t end up in this situation.

This is a beautiful shoe and very comfortable with the little kitten heel and the padding in the footbed. It fits true to size and is a nice smooth leather. I got the taupe color and though it is pretty I needed a lighter color so had to return. If only it came in a cream color I would definitely have kept them.

The reviews said that this shoe ran large, so I got a half size smaller than my regular size and I got my regular size. Because the toe is pointy in this shoe, even my regular size was uncomfortable in the toes. So I sent those back and got a half size larger than my regular size. It is slipping a bit on the heel but my toes are happier. I am keeping it because it's a style I can use a lot and if the heel slipping keeps happening after breaking it in, I'll add something in the heel.
