Very comfortable. A little too short.

I love these pumps! Very comfortable with the cushioned insoles. I don’t like too high a heel and these are perfect! Very dressy but also work with a more casual look. I wanted them in a taupe for the summer but couldn’t find them.

Great professional shoe to add height without sacrificing comfort! Wore the first time all day without any problem; will order in other colors.

Comfortable heels

These may be the most comfortable pumps I have ever owned. As I have gotten older, my feet do not tolerate shoes well that aren’t athletic shoes or sandals. Even my bunions aren’t a problem with these shoes. Only issue is my feet slide a bit forward, which I have remedied with “foot petals”. Completely recommend for someone needing a comfortable dress shoe.

Listen up all you duck footed women out there. THIS is the shoe that you have been looking for! My foot is wide across the width and very narrow in the heel. I have looked for a plain black pump that anybody else would say is nothing special for the better part of twenty years. I even googled custom made shoes because I was desperate. Don't ask about that. You would have to hit a lottery. This baby is so comfortable I haven't taken them off since the were delivered. Seriously if you have the problem of finding a wide shoe only to have it slip off of your feet or a shoe that has the narrow heel that mashes your foot every where else this is where you need to go. Zappos is wonderful. I finally have the basic black pump that goes with everything and there is nothing basic about that. Hint, hint, more colors please!

Gorgeous shoes but on the fence about keeping because very pointed and squeeze my toes. 20 years ago I would have worn them no matter how much my toes protested but now in my 70s I am looking for comfortable for hours spent standing.

I have been on the hunt for a black suede kitten-heeled pump for quite a while. I am tricky to fit because I probably am a true 9 and 1/4!Most 9s are tight and I walk out of 9and 1/2s. I ordered these in a 9 and they fit well... a tad tight at the beginning but the best fit I have had thus far. I have worn them at least a half dozen times and they have begun to “break in!” I will be ordering these in the black leather and nude leather. They are a stylish, well-made and comfortable kitten-heeled pump. Just what I was looking for!

Love these patent pumps. I was replacing a similar pair that I had for years and these rock ports are do comfortable I wish that I had done it sooner! Great kitten heel, great style and great comfort!

I always wear a 5.5, but was persuaded by reviews to order a size down. The size 5 was definitely smaller, so I am reordering in my usual 5.5 size. I do love the shoe - very classic.
