Absolutely beautiful shoes. Very comfortable, beautiful pinkish with hints of lavender color, picture not as beautiful as shoes in person. This is my second pair and they do not disappoint.

I almost always wear an 8.5 shoe. After reading reviews, I bought an 8.5 and a size 8 wide (due to bunions). I thought the 8.5 was much more comfortable. The warm taupe is not as warm of a color as I like, so am returning that, but will buy another color. I hope they make this in more colors. Wishing the taupe was more of a warm beige, camel/tan, or light cream beige. Hard to explain, but the color does not suit me. If you have dark features, this is a great shoe.

I have had other rockport shoes and they are very comfortable I am returning because they ran very small. Really cute shoe with lots of cushion and arch support. The color of the print is accurate.

Finally a pair of heels that I can actually wear all day without grimacing each step!! So thankful i found these! They are truly the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever owned- worth every penny! I will say I think the size is a tad large but not too bad. I still have my normal size.

I tried the Rockport Total Motion Kalila Pump and found it to be very comfortable with a padded foot bed that felt very good. The shoe felt a little bit small, but not enough for me to size up, but if you are between sizes, it would be a good idea to go with the larger size. If you are looking for a feminine looking black pump, you can't go wrong with this one, Rockport makes a very comfortable shoe.

I originally ordered my normal size 7 but it felt right in the toe box. When I reordered in the wide width, it was spot-on with perhaps a tiny bit of extra room in the heel but it will be fine. Would recommend you order your normal size and okay with width depending on how the toe box feels. Heels for this are sturdy and I love the sole-- no slipping! The inside of the show has so much cushioning and I'm really looking forward to wearing these out!

I disagree with the retailer recommendation to go down a half size. So, for starters, I'm typically an 8.5 in most shoes with little variation. I try these in an 8, as suggested. Too small to even put on! I then try my usual size, which is just a little bit too small...they can be worn but they could not be walked in without suffocating my feet. It turns out I have to go up a half size, to a 9, in order to get them to fit properly. I really wanted to make these work because of the lovely design + the lovely memory foam insole, so I'm glad I could get it to work, but dang if it wasn't a ridiculous amount of trial and error!

I have these in the black patent and the blue suede. I needed a half size larger in the patent than in suede. Other than the size discrepancy, they fit really well and are comfortable to wear all day.

This is my third try with this style from Rockport. I usually wear size 8M, but since it's heels, I've ordered 8M, 7.5M, 8W, and now I'm resorting to 8.5W! All to get a comfortable heel. I love the shoe, it is just beautiful. I have never had this much trouble with Rockport. :(

They are very comfy. They really don't have the arch support I thought I was paying for though and the leather looked rather worn when I took them out of the box. I was not happy with the quality of shoe for the price I paid.

I love the style and shape of these shoes, and I can tell they would be very comfortable if I could find the right fit (or get rid of the bit of arthritis I have in my big toe joint on my right foot!). Unfortunately, size 8.5 was a bit too tight across the ball of my right foot, and the size 9 was too long and slipped in the heel. It's possible that an 8.5 W will work, if they come in stock, but I will NOT order the "Petal Kid Suede" color again—it looks more lilac in real life than dusty pink, which is what I see in the photo. (For general reference, I typically wear an 8 or 8.5 medium, or 39 in Euro. I'm in my 40s and am in no way ready for shoes that look "matronly," but with my toe pain it's proving very hard to find heeled pumps I can comfortably wear.)

I read that you should order a 1/2 size smaller. Not true...exact opposite. However, the shoe is made well and attractive. Had to exchange for a little larger.

I really liked the style of this shoe. Looked classy. The fit was way off though. Other reviews said it ran large and the description mentioned ordering a size down. However, I ordered my normal size and it was still too small. I have wide feet so often have to return shoes that are too tight, but this shoe wasn't long enough either. I ordered a different Rockport style in the same size and it fits much better. These will be returned.

These are lovely and very comfortable but they are very very pink; on my monitor they look taupe

I have a very narrow foot and extremely hard to find shoes. This shoe the width was still too wide. When I walked in them, the sides would 'bow' out.

I wanted to love these - but the are too narrow which is disappointing for a wide shoe.

Pretty well made. Had exceptionally numerous cuff marks and wear marks. Clearly had been worn a lot! Not in original box. Couldn't believe Zappos quality has declined so much that you would send out these awful looking shoes and try to pass them off as "NEW". Not worth my time to try to attach pictures. Very very disappointed. As for the fit, it was smaller than normal all around.

I’m hunting for a comfortable basic black pump that will accommodate a prominent bunion on one foot. So far, I have returned these shoes simply because they bite right into my bunion (aside from that, the shoes seem fine): Rockport Seven to 7; Rockport Total Motion Kalila; Trotters Kiera; Naturalizer Betty; and SAS Elaine. The hunt continues. I appreciate Zappos service of “sending the dressing room to me,” so I can try and compare various brands, styles, and sizes.

Second pair in a row--suede shoes sent with no protective covering and all scuffed up--not even in a Rockport box! This is not typical Zappos M.O. Boo :(
