I have wide feet and this is the first pair of heels that actually fit. I ordered them in (W) - and when they fit so nice I ordered another pair in black. I am looking forward to trying them out for my next 3-day conference, which requires a LOT of walking.

This shoe is so comfortable. I ordered down a 1/2 size but way to tight. I ordered my size 8 and fit was perfect. These are all day shoes if you have to wear heels. Very classic look.

Bought 4 brands, kept these in taupe shiny, not taupe calf. Taupe calf is pink. Taupe shiny is a glorious neutral against my light brown skin (Mac powder 34 warm). And out of all 4, their comfort has been awesome: compared to Cole haan, Aldo, Nauralizer. Skip the nonshiney ones, as they came very used and scuffed looking. Those need to be taken out of rotation or cleaned! Who's gonna buy that?

Really comfortable shoes, and a great choice for wide feet

I loved these pumps so much that I bought them in another color. They are a comfortable, stylish low heal. I have put miles and miles on mine and they still look and feel great. I hate wearing heals - but I love wearing these shoes.

These are really comfortable shoes that look very nice. The toe has plenty of room and the heel doesn't slip. I can wear them all day with no problem. I'm ordering a second pair in another color. Love them!

Super comfortable - I love the feeling when I slip my feet in. I do not find that they run large; I am usually 8.5 or 9 depending on brand, and in these I was a large. Fit well, comfortable on the feet, easy to wear all day long. I have warm taupe calf and will be ordering black next!

I have good luck with Rockport Total Motion pumps. This is my second pair of narrow size. They take awhile to break in so that they are at their comfort peak! I don't stand on my feet all day so these shoes are very comfortable for up and down from my desk and walking mainly on carpet.

Size and fit perfect. Good looking shoe and great heel size.

I read the reviews and realized this shoe might be a little on the large side. But I saw this shoe also comes in a variety of widths. So instead of ordering a 7.5 in a B width, I gambled on an 8 narrow. Perfecto! Fabulous that I could find this shoe online because i would never find a navy-colored pump in a local store, not to mention that shoes in stores are never available in a narrow width these days. Thank you, Zappos!

I wear 7.5 W and these shoes fit my wide foot perfect. They have a nice cushy insole that makes them very comfortable to wear. Heel is perfect height. I always size up to a 7.5 if shoes have pointy toes. Nice classic style.

Great shoe and very comfortable. My only issue was size. When I pulled the shoe out of the box I thought it looked small. Sure enough, when I tried it on it was too small. I'm an 8 1/2 M always - but in this instance I returned for a 9 and the fit was perfect.

I have eight (!) pairs of these shoes how and love love love them for professional wear in the office (although have been known to wear them in the mall too). I have a small wide foot, with a very high arch, and although usually wear a size 6 wide, I downsized to 5.5 wide in these. Nevertheless, I love the heel height and the pillow support in the toe box. One of the styles I have is leopard spots (not currently offered), and I wish Rockport would offer more of that plus some off the wall colors, e.g. red, purple, burgundy, florals. This is such a great shoe it seems tame to stick with regular colors.

Beautiful shoe. I think it runs a little small. I ordered the 8N first and my heel kept slipping out. Returned for half size smaller and they fit great. Well made, rich color and very comfortable. Gotta put a plug in for Zappos here. Wednesday, I returned the first order and dropped it off at the local UPS store at 4:14. When I got home at 7:20, I had an email saying my return was at the warehouse and the refund was done. The next day, I got the replacement shoes. Can't get any better than that!

I now am the proud owner of two pairs of these shoes. They are both stylish and comfortable. Love them.

I purchased these pumps down a size (as advised by other reviewers) but needed to return them for my true size. I may never buy another brand of pump again. The heel height is great, they are much more comfortable than any pump I've ever owned and the colors are versatile. They dress up work clothes and will work for more formal occasions as well. I'm delighted with them!

Exactly the type of pump I wanted. The taupe color matched my skin tone and the heel height was just enough for an older baby boomer who can't handle 5-inch heels. The shoes were comfortable immediately and even after several hours of a cocktail party and dancing. Highly recommended.

Beautiful shoes and mostly very comfortable. Because of foot issues (bunions) I thought that the wide would work better. However, I ended up going with the medium width because the wide was too loose for my other foot. These shoes are simple, but look really good with both pants and dresses. They can be dressed up or down.

Love this shoe---so much I ordered the "ocean blue" (Navy) the next day. True to size for me and while a little snug at first the soft leather nicely gives after a day of wear. I wore this shoe literally "out of the box" at a conference (lots of walking) with zero discomfort.

I usually wear a wide size 4 or 4.5, but these size 5s fit perfectly. I am so excited to have a pair of fashionable, non-clunky pumps for formal occasions and dancing! Thank you, Rockport and Zappos; i want more of these, please!

Nice looking very comfortable shoe. Shoe was immediately comfortable. I am a 9 medium or a 9.5 medium. The 9.5 fit perfectly.

I loved these shoes. Fit perfectly on my narrow foot and has an amazing support insole. I am very disappointed because they are scuffed on the heel and toe. I am returning them and reordering.

I ordered (4) different shoes in the hopes of keeping at least (2), unfortunately I need to return this one. Overall it seems like a very nice shoe and I am a fan of the Rockport brand, however based on other reviews I ordered 1/2 size smaller, I should not have, I believe this shoe runs true to size and I will re-order at some point in my true size

I never ordered Rockport heels before, but based on reviews tried them out. They're perfect. Bought in two colors, just to have that necessary staple in my closet. I bought wide width to accommodate my bunions, haven't worn them out yet, but based on initial trying on for size, so far so good. I hate that I've had to give up wearing all of the expensive, well made, gorgeous shoes out there, but alas, with my age, these are a good substitute.
